  1. Hi, Please find attached the profile for the Color Force 12. There are 11 modes in total. Best Regards, Color Force 12.ift
  2. Hi Jestersun, it all depends on the star cloth. Some starcloths just have 3 or 4 channels, each that bring on a random selection of the lights. This allows you to build your own chases / effects from the console. Other starcloths will have built in effects, chases etc. By addressing to DMX 1, and then using the faders, you will hopefully be able to write down what each channel seems to do, and find out how many channels the cloth takes up (keep going until you get to a channel that doesn't have any affect). With this information, we can try and make you a fixture profile. However, be aware that some channels will be affected by other channels. So for example, channel 3 might not do anything, until channel 2 is at a particular value.
  3. Hi Jesterfish, Did you go through each fixture individually and check the offset was 0? Did you try putting a 50% offset on the two that were going the 'wrong' way?
  4. Go into SETUP by holding down the SHIFT button and MODE button, until the SETUP LED lights up (next to the mode button). Use the down arrow to select <Assign Fixtures> (when an option is selected, the triangular brackets are highlighted) Press ENTER, go down to <Add Fixtures> and press ENTER again. For the Chauvet Q-Spot 260: Select 'Fixture Library' on the MultiFunction Keys (the 10 keys to the right of console, with the screens above them). Select BC, and then select 'Chauvet'. Use the 'Page Up' and 'Page Down' buttons to change the fixtures you see on the MultiFunction Keys, until you see the Q-Spot 260 LED (it's Page 10 for me). There's an Advanced (Adv) and Basic (bas) version available, you need to make sure the mode you select on the console is the same as the mode selected on the light itself. You will now need to select a location to 'put' that moving light. If you have four of them, select 4 of the MultiFunction keys. Once you've done that, press the ENTER button. For the Chauvet Q-Wash 260, repeat these steps (go down to <Add Fixture> and press ENTER) but select 'USB' instead of 'Fixture Library' to load the file I attached above from a USB stick. Once you've assigned them all, go down to <Exit> and press ENTER. A warning will pop up saying that a DMX patch is required. Ensure <Yes> is selected, and press ENTER. Now press one of the fixtures you have assigned on your MultiFunction Keys, go down to 'DMX', press ENTER and type the DMX address of the fixture (whatever DMX address that light is set to). Confirm this by pressing ENTER again. Repeat this for all your fixtures, then go down to <OK>, press enter to go back into the main menu, and then press MODE for a second to come out of SETUP.
  5. Hi, Without knowing the make and model of the star cloth it's almost impossible to help I'm afraid. One option would be to temporarily readdress it to DMX 1 so you can use the faders on the console to see all the options you have with the starcloth?
  6. Hi Alan, We stock spare faders for the Level 18, and they aren't very expensive. You can get them through your local Zero 88 distributor - they are part number 4415000.
  7. Are you using SETUP > FILES > Update Fixture Files?
  8. Hi Guys, Sorry it's taken me a while to reply to these - thanks for your feedback. Thanks for this Callum - I've logged it as Issue ZJE-4185 on our bug tracking software for the Jester Series. Have you got the latest version of Phantom Jester? Maybe you could send me a screenshot as I don't have the same problem. It's possible to decrease the sensitivity of the wheels on all our ZerOS consoles. It's also important to remember that the wheels take the speed you move the wheels, opposed to the amount you move the wheels. This can take some getting used to, but it makes controlling moving lights, specifically the Pan and Tilt, really quick as you only have to move the wheel a small amount. I've seen a lot of users spinning the wheels, which results in them 'loosing control' of the mover as the wheel is spinning so fast. Please remember how old Frog OS is, it's not one of our current products. Our ZerOS consoles, including the Leap Frog 48 & 96, Solution Series and ORB Series all have advanced effects engines, allowing you to apply wave based effects to any parameter of the fixture, and adjust the size, speed, offset and rotation of these. We also have 1000 effects palettes, with the console automatically creating you 20 or 30 of the most used effects for you.
  9. Hi Karl, The Chauvet Q-Spot 260 LED's should already be in the fixture library included on the Jester, however the Chauvet Q-Wash 260 LED's are not, so I've attached them below. Are you happy with Assigning and Patching the moving lights, or would you like me to go through it with you? Regards, Q Wash 260 LED.ift
  10. Hi Ben, I've attached the fixture profile for the Robin 300 LED Wash for you. I think the problem you are facing is that you are trying to add two separate parameters for 'Pan' and 'Pan Fine'. Instead, add just one Parameter, change 'Size' to 'Word (16bit)', and put the two channel numbers in the MSB and LSB fields. I hope this helps, Robin 300 Wash LED.ift
  11. The command line isn't an advertised feature of the console, it's purely an extra feature for more powerful users. The Leap Frog 48 & 96 are not syntax based consoles, they are fader-per-channel consoles.
  12. Hi Carwyn, I'm afraid it's not possible to do this on the Leap Frog 48 / 96. The command line feature is a helpful 'extra' on the console, but is limited in the syntax you can use. Regards,
  13. This thread is aimed at users who have given feedback via Facebook. This thread gives you an area to provide additional feedback and suggestions on the main areas that were highlighted: As always, we love to hear feedback from end users, and always take suggestions seriously. Many Thanks
  14. Hi, It's up to you which parameters you put into each attribute. However, putting them all into BeamShape will make programming quite slow for you, so I've made a few changes: Blazar Sapphire 500 / Blazar UV Pink - I've put HMotion, VMotion, HStretch, VStretch and Rotate into Position. This means there are then only two pages (2 x 3) of parameters in the Beamshape attribute, which will make programming much easier. Quasar G50 - I've done very similar, putting X/Y/Z Rotate and H/V Motion within the Position attribute, and left the others inside Beamshape. I hope this is helpful Lanta (2).ift
  15. You can - any console running ZerOS, which is ORB, ORB XF, Frog 2, Solution, Solution XL, Leapfrog 48 and Leapfrog 96
  16. When you press Load, what percentage is the physical fader at for channel 2? If it's below the 80% that it's programmed at in Submaster 1/2, you need to physically take the fader to this percentage (or above), and then bring it back down to 60%. So, press LOAD and OK Take fader 2 to 100% and then to 60% You should see that channel change
  17. There is more information on page 72 of the Leap Frog 48 manual, available here: http://common.zero88.com/public/files/Leap+Frog+48_96+Manual+Issue+3.pdf There is also more information on our ZerOS Networking Guide, which is available here: http://common.zero88.com/public/files/ZerOSNetworking_Iss1.pdf If you have any other specific questions, please ask them here!
  18. You setup the submasters on the Leap Frog 48 as explained above, plug the Leap Frog into the DMX IN of the Leap Frog 48, and then use channels 1 - 48 of the Leap Frog as your playback wing (make sure you reset the Leap Frog so it has a 1-to-1 DMX patch)
  19. You can use the 'Next' setting to go back to the start and create the loop. Then, if you have a mouse plugged in, you can click on a memory outside of the loop and then press GO
  20. Hi Jay, Are you using the memories on the console? if not, you maybe able to use the Memory stack to do this. Record Memory 1 with the channel at 0%, a snap fade, and trigger set to 'auto'. Then record Memory 2 with the channel at 100%, a fade of however long you want one rotation to take (10 seconds?) and the trigger also set to 'auto'.
  21. Hi George, There is more information about WYSIWYG available here: http://www.cast-soft.com/cast/products/meetwysiwyg.php I hope this helps,
  22. This should work absolutely fine, I would check the settings on the DMUX, and maybe reset the settings on the Chilli, if the venue will allow this.
  23. Hi George, You don't need to use ZeroWire at all, just the remote page. Find out the IP address of your phone (is it the 192.168.144.2 address?), and then choose an IP address for the desk with the same first 3 digits, but a unique fourth (ie 192.168.144.5). HTC phones block the port scanning protocol we use to find the console, so you will then need to type the IP address of the desk into the ZerOS app manually. Jon
  24. If channel 2's fader was below 80%, you will have to 'catch' the channel... which means taking the fader to or above the value it was at (80%) and then bring it back down to 60%. Hopefully this will work for you.
