    Bugs..

Hi, I think you've just spoken to my colleague Keith? Could you confirm if this is right? Many Thanks,
  2. Hi Terry, Please could you PM me with the serial number of your console? Many Thanks,
  3. Hi Skeets, Please find attached the fixtures you requested, Best Regards, Robe Fixtures 2.ift
  4. Hi Cdexter, Pressing SHIFT+RECORD will record a 'snap shot', recording every channel into the cue. This will record not only the programmer, but from Submasters etc too
  5. Hi Bart, Please could you send me a showfile too please? Many Thanks,
  6. Can you send me a showfile please? Please let me know which Memory / Submaster it is, and which fixtures are affected on the Multi Function Keys. Thanks
  7. Hi Kim, I've sent this to our software team to look into, as we've not seen this before!!! Did this memory used to be a chase, which you've deleted the other steps in? Regards,
  8. Hi Davyp, Are you aware of the different operating modes on the Jester range of consoles? You can program Submasters in PROGRAM mode, but you can only play them back in RUN mode. There are 4 modes: SUPERUSER / SETUP - Hold down the SHIFT key and MODE key together for around a second to get into this mode. Press and hold the mode key for around a second to get out of it. PRESET - Press and hold the SHIFT key to go into or out of this mode PROGRAM / RUN - It's just a tap of the mode key to go between these two modes On Phantom, to hold down a key, right click it. It will turn yellow to signify it's being 'held', do you can then left click another key. I hope this helps,
  9. Hi Steven, Sorry, this is still high up on my priority list but I haven't got around to making it yet. I will send it through as soon as I've made it. All the tools are available on the website if you need it really urgently. You just need to download the 'Fixture Tools', and there's a 'Fixture Editor User Guide' too. http://support.zero88.com/main/en/product/100 Best Regards,
  10. Hi Ian, Give our Service Manager, Keith Rogers, an email - he'll be able to provide you with documents. His email is keith.rogers@cooperindustries.com Regards,
  11. You can record anything onto a Submaster, and the submaster can trigger (at 5%) or physically control any of the Attributes (Brightness, Position, Beamshape, Colour, Effect). However submasters can't control specific parametres, unless they are the only parametre tagged within an attribute. On the Leap Frog 48&96 consoles, the effect's speed, size, offset and rotation all make up a single effect, and can not be separated
  12. Hi Ian, Are you sure it's Error 002 and not 003? Sounds to me like the internal battery has died. They are very easy and cheap to replace. You need to get a CR2032 cell battery, which are available in most stores. You then need to open up the console, and the battery is clipped in on the main board, which is attached to the bottom tray of metal work. Best Regards,
  13. Unfortunately this isn't a current feature of the Leap Frog 48/96 consoles
  14. Hi Bart, You can hold SHIFT down while changing the wheels to FAN that across the different fixtures. However, that won't go left to right due to your layout. Really you need a matrix engine to do this, which isn't a feature of the Jester range. You could get a similar effect with a chase, but it will take a bit longer to program. Let me know if you have any further questions,
  15. Hi Liam76, Please could you PM me a contact number, so I can give you a call? Best Regards
  16. Hi Janet, You will be able to get these from your local Zero 88 dealer. The part number is 1212399. If you want to PM me with your postcode, I would be happy to suggest your nearest dealer. Best Regards,
  17. Hi Stefan, Are you aware that the console is looking at the speed you move the wheels, not the amount you move them? This means that you could move the wheel exactly the same amount, but at different speeds, and get two different values. Let me know if this helps,
  18. Hi prentas1, In the submasters window, double click in the 'comments' column of the submaster you want to do this on. A window will popup, and at the bottom there is a button called 'Submaster Controls'. Select this, and then click on 'Effect'. Click OK on both windows to close these. The submaster will now affect speed and size of the effect you have programmed. It's not possible to do this I'm afraid. Depending you your fixture, you will often find it starts of going clockwise fast, slows down to a stop, and then starts rotating in the other direction, getting faster. If your fixture is like this, you can record your submaster with G1<<>> at 100%, and then keep the submaster in the middle, where the Gobo isn't rotating. Then, bring it down will make it go in one direction, and pushing it up will go in another direction. There's a bit more information available here, let me know if it helps: http://www.blue-room.org.uk/wiki/Tracking You have no need to apologise! I hope this helps,
  19. Hi Steven, Can you get the gobo images too please? I won't be able to do this until next Friday, however all the tools are available online if you want to have a go at doing it before then! Jon
  20. Hi Karleaton, Try replacing G2 with T2/1 (Trigger Stack 2, Cue 1) If this doesn't work, please could you email me your show file? My email address is in my signature below. Running chases like this means that you can reuse Step Based chases multiple times throughout your show. We are looking at ways to make this even easier.
  21. Hi RVE Techniek, Thanks for sending over the debug file. I have logged it as issue ZOS-4320 and our software team will look into this. Many Thanks,
  22. Hi CBMatt, Yes any DMX desk will work as a wing for the LF48, with upto 30 submasters per page. There are already 10 submasters on the LF48, so you have another 20 available. If you wish, you can have all thirty on the wing, and the first 10 will be identical to the 10 on the console itself. The flash buttons will work as they do on the console, with the desk taking the related submaster to 100%. The console recognises the sudden 'snap' to 100%, and so will select that submaster, just like the flash buttons on the console itself do. You can run a cue list from the 'wing', but obviously channel 1 on the 'wing' will be affecting submaster 1 on the console itself.
  23. Hi Steven, Here is the ROBIN 600 LEDWash, but I don't have the DLX yet I'm afraid. Robe haven't uploaded the details onto their website yet. When they release the DMX Tables, we will get onto making the fixture. robe-robin-600-wash.ift
  24. Hi Paolino, If you are in tracking advance mode, and Smart Tag is off, you don't even need to lower the submaster, as the console will only record what is tagged (when you move a wheel, the background inverts to a white background, which indicates that it's tagged). By turning intensity on from the submaster, instead of from the wheel, you are not actually tagging that parameter. Hope this helps,
  25. Hi, I emailed you this earlier today. Regards,
