  1. As you've got your fixtures already, this is probably too late - but for your interest have a look at RDM... it would have solved this problem for you, and it's built into the Jester ML Series! http://www.rdmprotocol.org/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RDM_(lighting) Unless another user here just happens to have the same fixtures and is willing to give you their show file, we don't have anything like this. Everything varies so much dependant on your rig, this may not be fully useful to you anyway. Your best option, as you suggested, is to come on one of our free Training courses, which will give you all the information you need. Cheers,
  2. Hi, Here's the fixture profile you've requested. The one file includes all three modes. Best Regards, Impression 120 RZ RGB.ift
  3. Hi, Can you go into SETUP > DESK SETUP > Event Monitor and see if anything gets displayed in there? To get out, you will need to either plug in a USB mouse, or restart the desk
  4. Thanks for updating this Karleaton, We are looking at solving this problem in the next software release - so none-tracking users don't have this issue. Best Regards,
  5. Hi Tim, I'm not sure why / how 1.2.9 was downloaded from Google Play a few days ago, as the latest version of the software has been out since June 6th, 2011. Try updating your console first, and see if that sorts the problem. Best Regards,
  6. Hi Tim, You are currently running old software on your console (latest is ZerOS 7.3) and old ZerOS Remote App software (latest is 1.4.11). Both of these are free updates. It appears that HTC hasn't blocked the protocol on your phone, as you can see the desk appear. This means you should just tap on the desk, and not press the 'Connect' button. Please let me know if this works,

    Bugs..

Hi Will, There is a bug in the current software which can show up the behaviour you describe. The good news is we have fixed it, and it's currently being tested. We are hoping to release the software after Prolight and Sound in Frankfurt, Germany. Until then, using the syntax CUE x TIME y/z ENTER works if you find a cue refuses to hold it's timings.
  8. Hi Tim, Please could you email me the following: - Version of software on the desk (SETUP > Files > Desk Information) - Version of Android on your phone - Version of the ZerOS Remote App on your phone - IP address of the desk - IP address of the router - IP address of the phone Sorry, we wouldn't normally need all this information, but because HTC have decided to block the Port Scanning Protocols it makes our life a little bit harder!
  9. Hi Both, Thanks for sending through your show files. I haven't had a chance to get into the demo room and play through your shows, but I will do this as soon as I can. Sorry for the delay in this.
  10. I've added this as an issue to look into, with Issue ID ZOS-4410. For now, go into the previous cue, change 'size' to 0 and ensure it's tagged, and then update the cue (this will work so long as you are in Tracking Mode and don't have Smart Tag on).

    Bugs..

No problems, as long as you've spoken to someone and we've been able to solve your issues!
  12. Hi Electech, I'm not familiar with the Microh PZM moving heads, however it sounds like one of yours has a fault with it which is causing the problems you describe.
  13. Hi Skeets, The Robin fixture included in the above file is the Robin 600 LED Wash?
  14. Hi, Please could you let me know which software package you used to unzip the file, and the exact message the desk is giving you, as there could be a couple things causing this. Many Thanks,

    Bugs..

Hi, I think you've just spoken to my colleague Keith? Could you confirm if this is right? Many Thanks,
  16. Hi Terry, Please could you PM me with the serial number of your console? Many Thanks,
  17. Hi Skeets, Please find attached the fixtures you requested, Best Regards, Robe Fixtures 2.ift
  18. Hi Cdexter, Pressing SHIFT+RECORD will record a 'snap shot', recording every channel into the cue. This will record not only the programmer, but from Submasters etc too
  19. Hi Bart, Please could you send me a showfile too please? Many Thanks,
  20. Can you send me a showfile please? Please let me know which Memory / Submaster it is, and which fixtures are affected on the Multi Function Keys. Thanks
  21. Hi Kim, I've sent this to our software team to look into, as we've not seen this before!!! Did this memory used to be a chase, which you've deleted the other steps in? Regards,
  22. Hi Davyp, Are you aware of the different operating modes on the Jester range of consoles? You can program Submasters in PROGRAM mode, but you can only play them back in RUN mode. There are 4 modes: SUPERUSER / SETUP - Hold down the SHIFT key and MODE key together for around a second to get into this mode. Press and hold the mode key for around a second to get out of it. PRESET - Press and hold the SHIFT key to go into or out of this mode PROGRAM / RUN - It's just a tap of the mode key to go between these two modes On Phantom, to hold down a key, right click it. It will turn yellow to signify it's being 'held', do you can then left click another key. I hope this helps,
  23. Hi Steven, Sorry, this is still high up on my priority list but I haven't got around to making it yet. I will send it through as soon as I've made it. All the tools are available on the website if you need it really urgently. You just need to download the 'Fixture Tools', and there's a 'Fixture Editor User Guide' too. http://support.zero88.com/main/en/product/100 Best Regards,
  24. Hi Ian, Give our Service Manager, Keith Rogers, an email - he'll be able to provide you with documents. His email is keith.rogers@cooperindustries.com Regards,
