  1. Hi Sam, It definitely does sound like the internal battery. There's an article available here for the Jester range, but the majority of the information is still correct for the fat frog: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/507/0/error-bad-product-id
  2. Hi Sam, The fixture tools can be found here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/List/Index/58/downloads Regards,
  3. Hi jhillman, On a Tablet, the app works as a remote monitor, allowing you to have 5 interactive displays, whereas on a phone (smaller screen) it works as a riggers remote. We've done this, as most people prefer the size of a phone when rigging / focusing (pocket sized), not a tablet. Hope this clears up why you are seeing what you are,
  4. Hi, A single dimmer can be a fixture, so you could patch an additional 30 dimmers as fixtures on the Jester ML. This is already on the console - so when patching choose 'Fixture Library', 'Standard Fixtures', 'Conventional' and choose 'Dimmer'. When it tells you to select the locations, you can press multiple Multi-Function Keys, to patch more than one. You can also press the first and last key, to fill in all the fixtures inbetween. Remember that you have 3 pages of fixtures, that are page-able using the Page Up and Page Down buttons.
  5. Hi Wods, What exactly is flashing? Regards,
  6. Hi TizianoS, We don't support the Wacom Bamboo I'm afraid. Best Regards,
  7. I think it's almost certain that the showfile has been lost I'm afraid. Did you take a backup of your show file?
  8. Hi, Thanks for sending me the show file. As far as I can see, none of the channel faders are working in the currently saved state. This is because the 'Preset Control' button had been pressed. In 'Wide Mode' (which your console it set to), this button stores the faders level, and outputs these stored values, allowing you to change the faders to setup another scene, and then use the A/B faders to fade between the stored value, and the new levels that you have just set the faders to. Hope this helps,
  9. Hi JudgeAmyHost, Is the desk still behaving like this? Could you save the show file and email it to me please? That way we can have a look at all the settings and see if there's anything obvious. My email is jon.hole@cooperindustries.com
  10. Hi Elda, Please can you go into SUPER USER, choose 'Illumination', and check the settings of 'Main LCD B' (brightness) and 'Main LCD C' (contrast). If they are not already, try setting them both to 50. Which version of software did you upgrade from?
  11. Hi kalamaku, I notice your Software is very old - the first thing I would do is make sure the console is up to date (this is a free download). If there was a definite problem, the console would say 'Error' instead of 'Warning'. Is there any problems you can see with the console, apart from the fact that it's lost the show file? Try recording some Cues and some Submasters, and restarting the console - does it loose them again? Let me know,
  12. Hi Kurt, I suggest you contact your nearest distributor first, and ask them. They will then either quote you for the job or tell you to get in touch with us. If they suggest you contact us directly, email support@zero88.com with your problems and we will be able to give you more specific information. Best Regards,
  13. Our new website includes all the latest details of our scheduled training programme. Visit it here: zero88.com/training Continue to check this thread for the latest information on one-off training sessions, and training sessions being hosted by our Worldwide Dealership Network.
  14. Hi TheLX1, Just to confirm, the software is available here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/274/ Regards,
  15. Hi Shara, Franck is our Northern and Eastern European Sales Manager, and his native language is German, which is why he has suggested giving you a call to talk through the problems you have. Looking at your screenshot - there doesn't seem to be any user fixtures, or the fixture library, in the folder that you are showing? These files should be saved as .ift files. Regards,
  16. Hi Elda, As our new website has only just been launched, we are still waiting for Google to index it, so it may take a couple weeks for Google to find everything on our site. To download this, go onto our website, click 'Contact & Support', scroll down and choose Fat Frog from the 'Legacy Products', choose 'Downloads' and then choose 'Frog Range Operating Software Release 10.12'.
  17. Hi Karl, All our training dates are available on zero88.com/training Regards,
  18. Hi Kurt, I'd suggest you send the Jester back to us so we can look through it and resolve any issues. We can also quote you for the upgrade if you wish, this isn't something that we send out for end users to do themselves.
  19. I've added a Knowledge Base article that lists which consoles use which fader parts here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/512/0/replacement-faders--sliders
  20. Hi Jasper, If you need any other downloads for the Leap Frog 96, go to our homepage, click 'Contact & Support', scroll down and choose the 'Leap Frog 48 & 96' from the drop down menu under 'Legacy - Product Specific Support'. Hope this helps,
  21. Hi Eddie, As part of the site, we've tried to make downloads even easier, by putting them straight on the product page. You apear to have found a slight bug in the file import from the old site to the new site, as this download is pointing to a PDF. I've let our Web Development Team know, so hopefully this will be fixed tomorrow - please try again then. Sorry for the inconvenience here.
  22. Hi Janders, From the Zero 88 product range, there are 2 consoles that would suite your requirements, depending on budget. The TL Xtra is the easiest of the boards. It can do 200 dimmer channels and 30 fixtures (moving lights). It has 10 physically submasters which are pageable. You're then looking at the ORB Series which comes in two models - the ORB and the ORB XF. This gives you a console with massively more possibilities, but with that comes another level both in price and complexities. That said, there are a lot of schools who have these consoles in their venues, and after a training session their students get on with them really well.
  23. Hi Will, In the latest fixture library there is a 'Video 1ch' profile within 'Conventional'. I suggest using this, as it's a single channel profile, but will listen to Beamshape fade times, instead of intensity fade times. Hope this helps,
  24. I would suggest saving the show with a different file name so you have a backup - just in case it doesn't like being imported and then exported again. It should be fine, as your original showfile is on the 'smaller' of the two consoles (if you had made your show on the ORB, you might have lost some data when loading the showfile onto a Leap Frog).
