  1. Hi Codebone, Have you had this working on any previous versions of Phantom ZerOS? What are your settings withing SETUP > NETWORK > CAPTURE? Regards,
  2. No problems, any other questions just ask :-)
  3. If there's no virtual dimmer, than they won't dim with the submasters. An option is to double click in the 'comments' section of that Submaster, click on 'Submaster Controls...' and then select 'Colour'. However, I would strongly suggest repatching them with a virtual dimmer, so they then fade with your normal intensity fades, and they will respond to the Grand Master, Blackout etc etc
  4. Hi Mattdyas, Which fixture did you use in the fixture library to patch your LEDs? Regards,
  5. Hi Paolino, Inside SETUP > DESK SETUP > MEMORY DEFAULTS you can turn tracking on and off. The difference between 'Tracking Basic' and 'Tracking Advanced' is that 'Cue Only' and 'Smart Tag' are both enabled in Basic mode. These can be turned on / off on the Multi Function Keys when you press 'special'.
  6. Hi Doodling, First, you need to patch the LEDs into the console. Press SETUP on the desk, and then choose 'Patch Wizard' - it will take you step by step through what you need to do (select manufacture, select model etc etc). Once you've done that, click 'Auto Menus' and then select 'Auto Palettes'. Then come out of SETUP by pressing the SETUP button again. You can open the colour palette window by pressing SHIFT + COLOUR together, or you can type 'View 1 ENTER' which will take you to the palettes view on Desktop 2. Hope this helps,
  7. Hi dansimpson32, Please find attached the fixture for the Robe Robin MMX, in all three modes Best Regards, MMX.ift
  8. Hi Ferg, Thanks for your post - I've passed it onto our R&T team who will look into this. Regards,
  9. Thanks Ben_Weasel, I will add this to our next Fixture Library
  10. Hi Ben_Weasel, The Fat Frog has been out of production for several years now. We've moved onto support current media (USB Memory Sticks for example). Although we still support our Fat Frog users, and still create the latest fixture profiles for Fat Frog users, we're not activity developing hardware for the Frog range of consoles. Best Regards,
  11. Hi kennyoconnor7, This isn't something we support I'm afraid. Best Regards,
  12. Hi wods23, I've answered your question in the other topic you have made: http://zero88.com/forum/topic/6316-desk-locked-on-jester-2448/ Regards,
  13. Hi Wods23, This means someone has locked the console with a passcode, to stop other people deleting or overwriting anything on the console. Is there anyone else in your venue who might have done this? Hopefully they will know the code to unlock it! Regards,
  14. Hi Ben, I have the 560Z and 260 - please find them attached. Best Regards, Chauvet 560Z and 260.ift
  15. Hi Piero - yes, the application works the same on iOS as it does on Android. When it's loaded on a small screen size (a phone) it acts as a riggers remote, but when on a large screen (tablet) it acts as a remote monitor for the console.
  16. Hi Sam, It definitely does sound like the internal battery. There's an article available here for the Jester range, but the majority of the information is still correct for the fat frog: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/507/0/error-bad-product-id
  17. Hi Sam, The fixture tools can be found here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/List/Index/58/downloads Regards,
  18. Hi jhillman, On a Tablet, the app works as a remote monitor, allowing you to have 5 interactive displays, whereas on a phone (smaller screen) it works as a riggers remote. We've done this, as most people prefer the size of a phone when rigging / focusing (pocket sized), not a tablet. Hope this clears up why you are seeing what you are,
  19. Hi, A single dimmer can be a fixture, so you could patch an additional 30 dimmers as fixtures on the Jester ML. This is already on the console - so when patching choose 'Fixture Library', 'Standard Fixtures', 'Conventional' and choose 'Dimmer'. When it tells you to select the locations, you can press multiple Multi-Function Keys, to patch more than one. You can also press the first and last key, to fill in all the fixtures inbetween. Remember that you have 3 pages of fixtures, that are page-able using the Page Up and Page Down buttons.
  20. Hi TizianoS, We don't support the Wacom Bamboo I'm afraid. Best Regards,
  21. I think it's almost certain that the showfile has been lost I'm afraid. Did you take a backup of your show file?
  22. Hi, Thanks for sending me the show file. As far as I can see, none of the channel faders are working in the currently saved state. This is because the 'Preset Control' button had been pressed. In 'Wide Mode' (which your console it set to), this button stores the faders level, and outputs these stored values, allowing you to change the faders to setup another scene, and then use the A/B faders to fade between the stored value, and the new levels that you have just set the faders to. Hope this helps,
  23. Hi JudgeAmyHost, Is the desk still behaving like this? Could you save the show file and email it to me please? That way we can have a look at all the settings and see if there's anything obvious. My email is jon.hole@cooperindustries.com
  24. Hi Elda, Please can you go into SUPER USER, choose 'Illumination', and check the settings of 'Main LCD B' (brightness) and 'Main LCD C' (contrast). If they are not already, try setting them both to 50. Which version of software did you upgrade from?
