No, we don't provide them - you'd have to get them from a third party dealer.

Hi Marc, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I am hoping to receive the debug file back from our software team early next week, which will hopefully give us more info on what happened. Best Regards,

Are you definitely using the software for the ML series, and not the basic Jester? Try downloading it again from here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/412/195/jester-ml--tl-operating-software---version-33

Hi Johnny, Searching for the HiPoint keyboard you mention above shows many different keyboards. Please could you give me a link to the one you have? Ideally somewhere where I can buy one for us to test? Does the keyboard have media keys, or any 'additional' keys that aren't always found on a basic keyboard? Regards,
-
Hi Dennis, Thanks for your feedback. This is a feature we have updated on the Jester ML 24, Jester ML 48 and Jester TL Xtra, but hasn't made it's way down to the standard Jesters yet. I've taken note of your feedback as issue ZJE-5014

Hi, Without the Make, Model Number or a copy of the manual, we can't help I'm afraid. Can you give us more information?

Dear Succa20, An option is to get a Floppy Disk emulator, which replaces the floppy disk port with a USB port. Many customers have had success with this method, however it's important to note that we do not support this, as it's using 3rd Party hardware which we have not tested.

Hi Sigill, The console will fan the fixtures in the order they are selected. Regards,

Hi Cucolino, The app doesn't use the physical size of the screen, but the number of pixels that make up the screen. Apple iOS devices are easy, as they have a small product range. However, the Android product range is so wide and diverse it's a lot harder to define between phones and tablets - cheaper Android tablets have a physically large screen size, but a smaller number of pixels than the more expensive Android phones that are now available. We are looking at ways we can get around this, so stay tuned!

Thanks for discovering that Cucolino, I've reported it as issue ZOS-5012

Hi James and Cucolino, Pressing 'Clear' should clear all these values, no matter which preset these values are in. This seems to be working for me, but if you have a showfile that this doesn't work in, please email it to me so we can look into this further. Best Regards,

Remotely triggering cues on a Bullfrog from SCS

We're discussing this here now: http://www.blue-room.org.uk/index.php?showtopic=54951 -
Hi lxkev, This feature is available on the Jester TL Xtra. There is no command line functionary on the Jester MLs at the moment, but I will add the request to our database for future releases.

Hi lxkev, Could you give me the follow details: - Make and model of the phone - Software version of Android you are running - Software version of the ZerOS Remote App you are running Many Thanks,

Hi Marc, I will look more into this when I'm back in the office on Monday. However, I wouldn't suggest 'upgrading' anything in the console - everything you have there should work fine, you don't need more RAM or a larger flash card. The fact that it seemed to work when you shake the console suggests a bad connection somewhere. This could be something easy - first thoughts are the Flash Card could be loose, so you get the error every time the console tries to save or load the show. If you get a chance, open the console and make sure everything is seated properly inside the console. Regards,

Hi Johnny, Please could you give me the full model number of the keyboard you are experiencing these problems with? Many thanks,

Hi Cdexter, On the LeapFrog 48&96 there is no way to record intensities into a palette. However, you can select a group, and then use the 'Intensity' option on the wheels to change the intensity of them all at the same time.

Hi Tim, It's there! In the Topset screen, use the flash buttons of the channel faders to select the channels you need, so they appear on the screen. You can then change the Dimmer Topset from 100% to 50% Regards,

You just need to add in the trigger in each cue you wish to trigger by MTC. You can do this by double clicking in the 'comments' section of the cue, or using the syntax CUE x SETUP

MIDI is a one way signal, so it doesn't matter what you plug the Midi cable into, as it doesn't talk back to the computer. This means that 'No Output Device' is your Mac / QLab not detecting the physical MIDI adaptor you are plugging in (I assume via USB?) rather than the device at the end of the MIDI cable. Hope this makes sense? It might be worth sending the guys at Figure 53 an email.

go into SETUP / Super User (SHIFT + MODE), and then use the down arrow to select the option saying 'Reset Desk'. Press Enter. Select 'Yes' Press Enter. Regards,

First port of call would be to follow these instructions to replace the internal battery: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/507/0/error-bad-product-id

Hi John, Can you plug a VGA monitor into the console? (most you can, but the very earliest ones you couldn't). If so, does anything appear on the screen? Have you ever replaced the internal battery?

Hi Succa20, What is the LCD display saying?

Hi Ferg, We don't put dates on releases, however we were previewing it at PLASA and it's near completion so it will hopefully only be a few weeks away. Regards,
