  1. Hi Michel, Please find attached the fixture files you require. For the LED-Bar I have created a 'control' fixture which is just the last two channels - strobe and dimmer. This allows you to patch the RGB segments as individual fixtures if you wish - making programming and palettes much quicker! Best regards Jon fixtures.ift
  2. Hi Mike, Thanks for the debug and screenshot. Our software team have fixed this - I'll send you an email now. Thanks Jon
  3. Hi Michel, We're working on them at the moment. We will post a link here once they are available. Best regards Jon
  4. Hi All, We've got an issue (ZOS-3841) called 'Add an option to disable the Grand Master & Blackout Button' to look at this. I've added a comment to the issue linking to this thread. I don't have a time frame for this, and I'll be honest - it's not our highest priority feature, but we have had a few people ask for it and the more that ask, the higher priority it will become! Best regards Jon
  5. Hi Danstratford, What console are you running? If it's running ZerOS, try pressing SETUP + COLOUR together, and changing 'Colour Edit Mode' to RGB instead of CMY. Does this solve the problem? Regards Jon
  6. As part of our migration onto the Eaton IT and phone system, all email and phone numbers (including mobiles) will be out of use over the weekend, starting at 3pm (GMT) this Friday. During this time, please use our Community Support Forum for any support requests you require.
  7. Hi Johnny, No there isn't a way to move multiple memories in one go, however: - If you press INSERT a second time, it allows you to put in a second digit of decimal place - allowing 99 memories between two other memories. - If you go to the 'Comments' column, and press 'Enter' you get to the memories' settings. Here, there's an option called 'Next' that allows you to specify which memory follows the one you've just selected. This allows you to jump further down the memory stack, to where you can put your new memories, and then at the end, use the same method to automatically jump back up to continue with your previous memories. Hope this helps, Jon
  8. Hi, This is completely dependant on which mode you set on the ETC Source 4 LED Lustr+, unfortunately. If you look in the manual for the Lustr+, you will see the various modes you can put the lantern in. Then, within the menu system you can choose to enabled additional features, such as strobe (+S) etc. Sorry it's not a simpler answer then that, the profile for the Lustr+ is very flexible, meaning that the profiles are very complex.
  9. Hi, Was this desk setup for you? By resetting it, you've reset the patch of these lights. Have a look in the manual at the sections on 'assigning fixtures' and 'patching' You can download the manual from this link: http://www.zero88.com/products/consoles/jestertlxtra/index.shtml Regards, Jon
  10. Hello Thorsten, Sorry - I don't speak German! Franck has forwarded me all the information, and we have added it as issue ZOS-5567 for our software team to look into ASAP. When we have more info, we'll let you know. Best regards, Jon
  11. Our Community Support Forums generate a lot of topics, sometimes with many replies. To enable readers to know which reply definitively answers the original question, we've enabled a brand new 'best answer' feature. This enables us to mark a reply as the 'best answer'. A small excerpt of the 'best answer' reply will be shown at the top of the topic, and when looking at the forum view, the topic will have an 'answered' badge that when clicked will take you to the flagged reply. We hope you enjoy this new feature to the Zero 88 Community Support Forum.
  12. I've not heard anyone else report this, and it appears to be working for me absolutely fine. Please can you check that the software update definitely worked and that the console is definitely running 7.7.0? SETUP > Files > Desk Information. It should do, if you put your leds at full, in a colour, and then pull down the grandmaster or press the blackout button, what happens? Do the LEDs go out? Best regards, Jon
  13. Hi Piero, I will upload the latest beta of the fixture library to the Beta Test Forum either later today or tomorrow. Best regards, Jon
  14. Hi Alain, The Solution Series is a rebrand of the Leap Frog 48 / 96 consoles to bring it more in line with the rest of the Zero 88 console range. Although the green and grey skin is the 'default' for your console, you can change it within SETUP >Desk Setup > Displays. The newer look screen is 'ORB'.
  15. Hi, What version of ZerOS are you using on your ORB XF? You can find out by going to SETUP > Files > Desk Information Best regards, Jon
  16. Hi Charlie, I believe Keith has got back to you about the calibration of the new LCDs in an old console. If you have any more questions please let us know. Best regards, Jon
  17. No problems. Built in fixture macros can work if you only change colour when the intensity is at 0%, but if you want to fade from one colour to another, they become useless.
  18. Hi Derek, We're looking at renovating Macros inn the future so we will keep this in mind - thanks for the feedback!
  19. Hi Derek, Is Smart Tag enabled? You will find it by pressing 'special' and then choosing 'Smart Tag' on the multi-function keys. Regards,
  20. Hi Tom, No, we don't support Windows 8 at the moment, sorry. Regards, Jon
  21. Added as ZOS-5538
  22. Hi Pierotec, We've got some beta ZerOS code that fixes this... would you be interested in testing it? Thanks,
  23. Hi Norm, What make and model mouse and keyboard do you have plugged in? Do you have a touch screen, or any other USB devices plugged in? Thanks, Jon
  24. Hi Marcel, As long as you are using RGB colour values, and not a Colour Macro channel, then this should fade automatically. You can change the time in the 'colour' column to choose what time you would like the colour to change in. If this isn't happening, post your showfile on here, and let me know which two cues you want a fade between, and we'll have a look at it. Best regards, Jon
