  1. Holding down CLEAR and pressing MEMORIES will release the cue stack - is that what you are looking for?
  2. Hi Rich, I believed you phoned the office this morning and Tyler is currently sorting this for you? If I'm wrong please let me know! Thanks Jon
  3. Hi, Do you mean the Rosco iCue? They are in our fixture library so you shouldn't have any problems. What is the trouble you are having? I need more info please!
  4. Hi Danny, If you press 'special', one of the options on the Multi Function Keys (MFKs) is 'size' - this will cycle through various sizes of windows - quarters, halfs (horizontal and vertical) and full size. Best regards
  5. Hi Peter, Are all the fixtures the same model, in the same mode, just rigged in different places? If so, instead of unpatching the fixtures, you could just change the DMX address of the fixtures to the address of the lanterns you wish to use. This way, the desk doesn't know they are physically different lanterns, and so the palettes will still work. Hope this makes sense?
  6. Hi Callum, Please can you save the show and upload it to the forum, and let us know exactly which memories you are having the problem with, and describe how we can recreate it? Thanks
  7. The touch screen drivers are built into the linux kernel we use, which contains an open source database of drivers which I believe many people and organisations feed into. Annoying, however, they don't provide a list of exactly what's included.
  8. Hi, This is always a subject that should be a lot easier than it actually is! There are a few ‘standard’ protocols for Touch Screen control and we support all of them, so in a perfect world – all touch screens should work! However, some manufactures decide not to stick with standards. For this reason, the only way we know if a particular touch screens works is by trial and error. We have a list of known touch screens here, but as you say - it's a bit out of date now. http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/486/0/compatible-external-touch-screens---zeros-consoles The ones we use as Demo monitors, which we are really happy with, are the iiyama T1531SR. We will soon be releasing a new version of ZerOS which adds additional support for Touch Screen monitors which don't conform to standard. Hope this helps, Jon
  9. Hi Sarah, As Peter has asked, what fixtures are you trying to control? If the fixtures have a lamp, have they been 'lamped on'? Generally, you will see a small glow coming out of the grills on the side, and sometimes from the lens too, once they have been lamped on. Jon
  10. Hi Vincent, When in tracking mode, you can switch between 'Track' and 'Cue Only'. When in non tracking mode, all cues are recorded cue only, and so this option is not available. Hope that makes sense Best regards Jon
  11. Hi Lightmaster, You can turn the bottom 20 faders into cue stacks by using the 'fader function' button, and then choosing 'playbacks' on the syntax keys (the 5 blank keys with the LCDs above them). The flash buttons under the faders become the 'go' button
  12. Hi Vincent, At the moment, non-tracking mode keeps things simple by recording the output of the console, rather than taking the programmer information. When in 'tracking mode' you can use the 'cue only' front panel button to turn off tracking but keep all the other features.
  13. Hi Smeccles, You can do a search through this list, which is all the fixtures in our latest library: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/581/ That said, if you have a specific laser in mind, so long as it's DMX controlled, we can create a profile for you if we don't already have one.
  14. Hi Chris, Press 'Special' and then on the Multi Function Keys (MFKs - the 20 buttons and LCDs on the right hand side) click 'Smart Tag'. This will make sure you're always recording the output of the desk. In 'Special' press 'Cue Only', this will make sure any updates or inserts that you make don't affect any cues further down your cue stack. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Best regards Jon
  15. Not much more I can say It should be working fine, I know of people running Windows 8 and using Fixture Tools and Phantom ZerOS.
  16. Hi Michel, Please find attached the fixture files you require. For the LED-Bar I have created a 'control' fixture which is just the last two channels - strobe and dimmer. This allows you to patch the RGB segments as individual fixtures if you wish - making programming and palettes much quicker! Best regards Jon fixtures.ift
  17. Hi Mike, Thanks for the debug and screenshot. Our software team have fixed this - I'll send you an email now. Thanks Jon
  18. Hi Michel, We're working on them at the moment. We will post a link here once they are available. Best regards Jon
  19. Hi All, We've got an issue (ZOS-3841) called 'Add an option to disable the Grand Master & Blackout Button' to look at this. I've added a comment to the issue linking to this thread. I don't have a time frame for this, and I'll be honest - it's not our highest priority feature, but we have had a few people ask for it and the more that ask, the higher priority it will become! Best regards Jon
  20. Hi Danstratford, What console are you running? If it's running ZerOS, try pressing SETUP + COLOUR together, and changing 'Colour Edit Mode' to RGB instead of CMY. Does this solve the problem? Regards Jon
  21. As part of our migration onto the Eaton IT and phone system, all email and phone numbers (including mobiles) will be out of use over the weekend, starting at 3pm (GMT) this Friday. During this time, please use our Community Support Forum for any support requests you require.
  22. Hi Johnny, No there isn't a way to move multiple memories in one go, however: - If you press INSERT a second time, it allows you to put in a second digit of decimal place - allowing 99 memories between two other memories. - If you go to the 'Comments' column, and press 'Enter' you get to the memories' settings. Here, there's an option called 'Next' that allows you to specify which memory follows the one you've just selected. This allows you to jump further down the memory stack, to where you can put your new memories, and then at the end, use the same method to automatically jump back up to continue with your previous memories. Hope this helps, Jon
  23. Hi, This is completely dependant on which mode you set on the ETC Source 4 LED Lustr+, unfortunately. If you look in the manual for the Lustr+, you will see the various modes you can put the lantern in. Then, within the menu system you can choose to enabled additional features, such as strobe (+S) etc. Sorry it's not a simpler answer then that, the profile for the Lustr+ is very flexible, meaning that the profiles are very complex.
  24. Hi, Was this desk setup for you? By resetting it, you've reset the patch of these lights. Have a look in the manual at the sections on 'assigning fixtures' and 'patching' You can download the manual from this link: http://www.zero88.com/products/consoles/jestertlxtra/index.shtml Regards, Jon
  25. Hello Thorsten, Sorry - I don't speak German! Franck has forwarded me all the information, and we have added it as issue ZOS-5567 for our software team to look into ASAP. When we have more info, we'll let you know. Best regards, Jon
