  1. We're on 7.8 now, so as Ian says, Version 6 is quite old now and there have definitely been several developments made in this area which improves speed, functionality and overall performance.
  2. Ian's correct - it's the same code, so it's very rare that something user-interface related, such as this, will operate differently on a console compared to Phantom ZerOS. This seems to work fine for me in Zero 7.8.
  3. When you move the wheels, you will see the background of the LCD turns from Blue (with white text) to White (with Blue Text). The White background tells you that that parameter is 'tagged'. Ensure that only 'Red' is tagged when recording the first submaster, only 'Green' is tagged when recording the second submaster and only 'Blue' is tagged when recording the third submaster. If more than one colour is tagged, hold down CLEAR and move the wheel to untag that parameter so it will no longer get recorded into the submaster. BTW - ensure you are in 'tracking mode' to be able to do this.
  4. Hi JudgeAmyHost, What version of software are you running on the console? Best regards Jon
  5. Hi mstone90, Probably best to ask them directly on their forum: http://forums.highend.com/ Best regards Jon
  6. Can you tell me exactly what the message says, and exactly where you are reading it please? Thank you
  7. Hi Specialworld, Version 4 has now been released, which can be downloaded from here: http://zero88.com/software/ Best regards Jon
  8. Hi Goofy! Yes, this sounds like a battery problem. More information can be found here: http://www.zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/546/0/replacement-battery-information Regards Jon
  9. Hi sopsjoer, the error message would have been caused by the showfile already on your console. Because of the showfile compatibility issues we had, Version 4 will give you an error, but when you press <OK> it will then fix the showfile to make it compatible. Best regards Jon
  10. Hi, Please find attached the Eurolite fixture you requested. eurolite.ift For the Showtec fixture, there are RGB and RGB+D fixtures available in 'Standard Fixtures'. I'd probably patch this fixture using these. This way, it's much easier to control each cell individually, and you can run effects and offset them along the cells etc. Hope that makes sense, Jon
  11. Hi David, I've attached the fixture for the 1 Channel and 2 Channel mode. If you want to use it in 18 Channel mode, I suggest you patch it as 16 dimmers and then the 2 Channel mode I've attached, as this gives you better control. Please let me know if this is suitable, and if you would like more information on how to do that Best regards Jon FREQ 16 Strobe.ift
  12. When you say 'stuck' - what did it say? Did the logo still move around the LCDs on the front panel?
  13. Hi kewl, How big is the USB stick you are using? We've heard people with similar issues try a smaller USB stick (1GB) which then works.
  14. Hi, Those LCD displays are made to our specification, so you won't find an off-the-shelf part. The other problem is that every so often they change, so require different drivers, so we only do replacements of the whole PCBA rather than just that component. You should be able to purchase that through any of our distributors. http://www.zero88.com/distributors/index.shtml Best regards Jon
  15. Hi Vincent, We are currently planning ZOS-2342 will be included in the next major release of ZerOS, but I don't have a time scale for this at the moment. There is no schedule for ZOS-5717 at the moment. Of course - I totally agree, and we will implement it. However, this is a new 'feature', not a bug. Thanks for the explanation - I understand. I've added this to ZOS-5370 (which is linked to ZOS-2342 above) I still can't recreate this - maybe you could take a video and send it to us / upload it to YouTube? (Please set the privacy to 'Unlisted'). Many Thanks, Jon
  16. Hi Mazyk, Here's the profile for you. Vary Color P6.ift Best regards Jon
  17. Hi Lufferov, Personally, I'd probably patch this as 4x RGB no Dim fixtures (available in 'Standard Fixtures') and then put the Intensity channel on a normal channel fader if I had one spare. This way, it's much easier to control each cell individually, and you can run effects and offset them along the cells etc. Regards Jon
  18. Hi, The Robe Robin 1200 is available in our latest library, which can be found here: http://www.zero88.com/software/library/ Best regards Jon
  19. To get to submasters 13 to 18, you'll need to press 'Page B' so that '13 - 24' is lit up. Does this help? You are correct that submasters will only work in 'run' mode. When the channel button flashes, it means that the channel and the channel fader are at two different levels. So, for example, if you play back a memory, and then go into 'Programme Mode', the channel faders will flash to let you know the light is still on even though the fader is at 0%. Hope this helps.
  20. Please find a fixture attached for you. As it has no name, I've put the manufacture as "Mazyk". I didn't quite understand what you mean about using 5 channel? mazyk.ift Do you have a manual for the JB Lighting Varycolor p6?
  21. Hi Veera, Please find the fixture you requested attached. Best regards Jon XS 1200 Spot.ift
  22. Hi Tias, Was it just the first time, or every time? At what point is it stopping? What do you see? Best regards Jon
  23. Hi Vincent, As I said above, most of these are feature requests, not bugs. I've broken down each one here: This is already listed as ZOS-2342 I've added this as ZOS-5717 Hopefully this has been answered by Ian above Please could you expand on this a little more? What would you like to do? This only happens if you touch / click in the blank area to the right, rather than touching / clicking on one of the data cells. The arrow keys also appear to be working fine for me. If this is still a problem, maybe you could create a video of this happening? There are two cue stack windows available - one that's linked to a specific stack (VIEW STACK 1 ENTER) and one that will show the selected stack (SHIFT+CUE). By default you should see the one that shows the selected stack, but it sounds like you've viewing a specific cue stack. You can either to back to the default view (VIEW 0 ENTER) or you can open the window as described above. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.
  24. Hi Both, I delayed my answer because I was hoping to give you references to these issues, but our bug tracking software ('Gemini') ironically isn't working this morning! Most of the above comments appear to be feature requests rather than bugs, and most of those are already on our to-do list. Regarding the groups - on ZerOS, a cell is always selected, allowing you to move around that window using the arrow keys, and I expect this is what you are seeing. This is different from groups being selected (which are indicated via the selected channels in the output window). I'll write a more comprehensive response when Gemini starts working again!
  25. Hi Chw, Thanks for these - I've added them to our library ready for the next release. Best regards Jon
