  1. Hi Wildswan, No, there is only one VGA output on the console. The USB is used for Touch Screens, but they still need a VGA too. However, you can do this wirelessly using a tablet such as an iPad. You'll need to plug a wireless router into the console, and then connect to it with the tablet.
  2. Hi GoPowers, The ones we use as Demo monitors, which we are really happy with, are the Iiyama T1531SR.
  3. Are you unzipping the file before dragging it onto the USB stick? Regards Jon
  4. Hi Jo, As Mike said, are you sure they were inverted, or were you controlling Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, instead of Red, Green and Blue? If so, press SETUP + COLOUR together, select '"Colour Edit Mode" in the popup, and change it to RGB. Best regards Jon
  5. Hi Jo, Do you require the 7 Channel mode? If so, which console are you running? Best regards Jon
  6. Hi All, If you hold down SETUP and COLOUR together, you'll get a window with a "Colour Edit Mode" setting. Here you can choose the Colour Space you wish to use globally across the console - either RGB or CMY. This means you don't have to keep switching between CMY and RGB if you have both styles of fixtures in your rig. Best regards Jon
  7. Hi dirkjan, The desk generates an unique ID from the device name, physical ID, and the unique ID, so it can match the calibration (and which display the touchscreen is connected to) on the next boot. If any of those change, then the touchscreen will need to be recalibrated. In the System Info window, under "Input Devices..." there is a line for each input device, with the filename, device name, physical location and unique ID. If possible, we need to check if any of the last three change at all from one boot to another (you need to turn off the touch screen too). Screenshots / Photographs of the screen after reboots would be good. It may be the touchscreen is making up a new unique ID every time it is powered on, which it shouldn't do.
  8. Hi Jack, What version of software are you running? Are you in 'Tracking' or 'Non Tracking' mode? If 'Tracking', do you have 'Smart Tag' enabled? Best regards Jon
  9. Hi Katie, Is the file saved on the USB when you open it? If so, that might be the problem? Make sure the file is saved on your computer, rather than on the USB stick, and then try opening it. Which version of Windows are you running?
  10. Ahh I see the problem here... you've got the old Leapfrog console, not the replacement Leap Frog 48 console. Which version of software are you running?
  11. Hi, I assume you are talking about SETUP > Clear Options > Clear DMX Patch ? It's the 'DMX' part that's important here. This option is NOT for deleting the fixtures, it's deleting the DMX Patch associated to those fixtures. To delete the fixtures, go into SETUP > Patch > Edit Fixtures, select the fixtures on the MFKs (you can hold the first one and tap the last one to select all the ones in between) and then use the 'Delete' button on the monitor. Hope this helps,
  12. Hi, You can change this setting by pressing 'Special' and then choosing 'Flash Mode' on the Multi-Functional Keys (MFKs). It should be on the top row, third button along. You now get the choice between Flash, Solo, Latch and Off / Select. This shouldn't have changed with the latest software, and we default on 'Flash', so it suggests someone has changed this setting. When you say on/off - do you mean the light itself, or just the LED on the flash button? If the latter, that means that channel has been selected. This happens when the flash mode is set to 'Off / Select' or you press the flash button whilst holding SHIFT, which could suggest your SHIFT button is stuck down (or being pressed down on an external keyboard maybe?). Best regards Jon
  13. Hi, Please find the fixture attached in both modes. Cyberlight CX.ift Please check it, and confirm we have got channels 10 and 11 correct as it's not very clear which is which. Best regards Jon
  14. No problems on asking lots of questions! You can set the 'start address' which will renumber everything sequentially, starting at whatever number you enter, or you can go into the patch and number each channel individually.
  15. Hi, Sorry for the delay in our "official reply" to this one. Yes, if Smart Tag is enabled, there is a bug where all tagged parameters will be recorded into palettes, not just the parameters in the attribute you are recording. There will be a fix in the next software update which we are currently testing.
  16. Hi Simon, If multiple channels are responding to a single fader, even after a software update, it sounds like the DMX address has been reset on one of your dimmers. Check the addresses on the LCDs of your Chilli Dimmers. If the first one is address to '1', and is a 24 channels dimmer, it will require use of 24 addresses, starting from 1 upwards. This means the next dimmer should be addressed to '25' to ensure there's no overlap. Hope that makes sense?
  17. We're on 7.8 now, so as Ian says, Version 6 is quite old now and there have definitely been several developments made in this area which improves speed, functionality and overall performance.
  18. Ian's correct - it's the same code, so it's very rare that something user-interface related, such as this, will operate differently on a console compared to Phantom ZerOS. This seems to work fine for me in Zero 7.8.
  19. When you move the wheels, you will see the background of the LCD turns from Blue (with white text) to White (with Blue Text). The White background tells you that that parameter is 'tagged'. Ensure that only 'Red' is tagged when recording the first submaster, only 'Green' is tagged when recording the second submaster and only 'Blue' is tagged when recording the third submaster. If more than one colour is tagged, hold down CLEAR and move the wheel to untag that parameter so it will no longer get recorded into the submaster. BTW - ensure you are in 'tracking mode' to be able to do this.
  20. Hi JudgeAmyHost, What version of software are you running on the console? Best regards Jon
  21. Hi mstone90, Probably best to ask them directly on their forum: http://forums.highend.com/ Best regards Jon
  22. Can you tell me exactly what the message says, and exactly where you are reading it please? Thank you
  23. Hi Specialworld, Version 4 has now been released, which can be downloaded from here: http://zero88.com/software/ Best regards Jon
  24. Hi Goofy! Yes, this sounds like a battery problem. More information can be found here: http://www.zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/546/0/replacement-battery-information Regards Jon
  25. Hi sopsjoer, the error message would have been caused by the showfile already on your console. Because of the showfile compatibility issues we had, Version 4 will give you an error, but when you press <OK> it will then fix the showfile to make it compatible. Best regards Jon
