Update will update all values which are tagged. Most of the time, this is all values that you have changed, however it does mean it's unable to "remove" changes, just update them. On ORB Series consoles, there's a "remove" button within the update window, but this is currently not available on Solution.

I'm afraid that's not available publicly. We give you a reference if you ever want to contact us about it again in the future, and the release notes will include this reference. There has to be a limit. If we raised it to 300, we'd just get a request to make it 400! There are only 2048 DMX channels available. Assuming that 48 of those are taken up by the faders, that's only 10 channels per fixture if you patched all 200 fixtures... so they are already limited to very basic fixtures

Hi, Please find attached the fixture you required. Rogue.ift For ease, I've included all 4 Chauvet Rogue fixtures, each of which have two personalities (8 personalities in total). Jon

I believe you are talking to Keith via email, so as this is a question about your specific console, it's better that discussions take place there.

Unfortunately the link to the manual on the Chauvet website doesn't work, so I'm unable to create this for you. I've contacted Chauvet, and so am waiting for them to get back to me...
-
We've had other requests for this too - so I've added a comment with a link to this thread to say we've had another request. It's logged as ZOS-1704

Hi Jake, Thanks for spotting that - I've updated the profiles and attached them below, they'll also be updated in our next fixture library release. Botex.ift Yes - we have several users who do something similar, and I agree that it's a much easier way or operating :-) I'll reply to that next :-)

I'm not going to say much at the moment... but we're working on something, and it takes your idea even further :-)

Found it - strange that this only affects Submasters and not Memories. Added as ZOS-5779. When you press 'Enter' you don't have to use backspace to delete the contents, you can just start typing straight over the top. I'd expect the numbers not to be taken, as we currently only support one decimal point in fade times, but it is strange that it goes back to '0' if an unsupported value is entered. I'm not going to add this as a separate issue, as it would be better to just support milliseconds in the first place, rather than change that behaviour.
-
Are you seeing this on an external monitor, or on the internal LCD display? I can't recreate it, just to check - are you pressing backspace (top corner of the multi-functional keys) or are you just pressing the left arrow key? This is expected - if the cursor is at the end of the text, any numbers you fill in will be added to the end - however we currently only support one decimal place in fade times (a 10th of a second). I've added a customer comment to increase this to 100th of a second.

Hi Jake, Instead of pressing update (which only updates the tagged parameters) try recording over the submaster once you've loaded it. Best regards Jon

Hi Jake, Which console are you using? I've added this request as ZOS-5775 The speed is calculated in Beats per Minute (BPM). So 60 beats per minute is one per second. I've added this request as ZOS-5776 I've added a comment to issues ZOS-4780 and ZOS-3566 that already exist, asking for something similar. Thanks for the feedback and feature requests, Jon

Hi Jake, You're running Beta software, so all issues must be reported within the Beta Software forum: http://zero88.com/forum/forum/137-beta-test/ However, thanks for reporting this, and we'll look into it this week :-) Thanks Jon

Here you go Peeter :-) Rush Par 2 RGBW Zoom.ift

Hi Sam, Please can you tell us exactly what model the bar is (ideally, a link to the manual would be good), so we can suggest the best way to make this work? Be aware that the Jester 24/48 only supports upto 48 individually controls channels, so there will have to be some duplication somewhere! Best regards Jon

Good spot - added as ZOS-5769 and we'll get this fixed for you :-)

Hi, Do you mean this one? http://www.mega-lite.com/prolight/autoLight/axis250/ If so, here's the file for you: Axis 250.ift Regards jon

That's ok, no problem :-) So all sorted now?

Hi Laurent, What version of software are you running? Please can you upload a showfile and tell us which submaster is causing the problem? Thanks Jon

Hi jayartibee, Looks like this has been resolved on Blue Room, but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reply!

fixture dimmer on desk(traditional) not on fixture
Jon Hole replied to laguii's topic in General Discussion
Hi laguii, On that fixture, the dimmer channel isn't at the beginning or the end of the profile, meaning this isn't as easy to do this. You would need to patch this as three separate fixtures - One for the shutter channel, one for the dimmer, and then one for the rest of the profile. If you would like to do this, let me know and I'll edit the fixtures for you. Thanks Jon -
Hi Dan, Here you go. Geyser RGB.ift Save it onto a USB stick (don't put it inside any folders), plug it into the ORB XF, go into SETUP > Files > Load User Fixtures. Select the file, and this will import it into the main library. You will not be able to patch it in the normal way. Best regards Jon

Hi Crazy H, Which Elumen8 fixture are you wanting to use? I can extract it and send it to you as an individual file which you can use straight onto your Fat Frog. Thanks Jon
-
Hi Nick, It should work. Please can you attach the profile so we can have a look at it? Thanks Jon
