  1. As I say, it's not going to do what you want, no. However, that doesn't mean it's not a useful feature!
  2. You can set separate fade up and down times, and a "dwell" time (wait time) for auto followons, but you can't set delay time specifically for just the up or just the down time on the Jester range, no. The console will do dipless crossfades, so if the channel is at the same intensity in two memories, it won't change during the fade. You could use "Preset" Mode which lets you manually cross fade between A preset and B preset, but you can't manually crossfade between pre-recorded memories. When in "run" mode, the Jester TL allows you to select a memory, press "edit" (which automatically takes you into "program" mode), make the change, and then press "edit" again to take you back into "run" mode. This means the artist won't see any changes apart from the ones you make. We're glad you like them - if there's anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to ask more questions!
  3. Hi Max, Ziglight's reply is the nearest the Solution can do. So, you program the Tilt at 70% onto the submaster, then go into Submaster Setup (hold SETUP and press the flash button of the submaster), choose "Submaster Controls..." and then choose "Position". Now, that submaster will take Tilt from wherever it currently is to the Tilt you recorded (70% in the example above). If you only have the submaster at 50%, the Tilt will only half move to the end position and so on.
  4. This is already added, and is high up on our "to-do" list. I definitely agree, and there is already work on creating a new specification for CSV Export to make this much better. As you say, the new order of the CLEAR button solves this, and makes it much much easier. I'll add this as a further request, but there are future developments which may not make this possible.
  5. Added as a bug, thanks for spotting it!
  6. I definitely see that this would be a useful feature, we'll add it as a request for a future feature.
  7. Hi Jimbob, Have you recorded anything on them? If not, I wouldn't expect to see any text on them, just several vertical lines between each fader. If you still think there's something wrong with them, maybe you could take a photo of them and post it up? Jon
  8. Hi Andy, No, unfortunately a keypad won't work on any of the Jesters apart from TL and TL Xtra. Jon
  9. This option is near the top of our "to-do" list. It probably won't be included in the next software update, but hopefully the one after that!
  10. Hi, Yes - Touch Screens can be used on the Leap Frog 48 (but not the standard Leapfrog, which had a floppy disk drive). Setup is easy, you go into SETUP > Desk Setup > Monitors and then click "calibrate". http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/486/ Jon
  11. Hi Tom, It means that we've logged the idea, and logged your request for it too. As more and more people request a feature, that feature becomes higher and higher priority. We work on the highest priority items to include in software releases
  12. See thread: http://zero88.com/forum/topic/6976-fixture-level-for-submasters/
  13. Hi Nick, Sounds like something, somewhere, is patched wrong. Do you have a showfile? Jon
  14. So are you currently using 4.0? And when you save your show on the console, reset the console, and then load that showfile back onto the console (all under 4.0, and all directly on the console, not via Phantom), this doesn't work?
  15. Hi Ziglight, Here are what the colours mean: Red - programmer values (these aren't recorded anywhere yet, and will be removed when clear is pressed twice) Yellow - being recalled from somewhere that isn't a cue (generally submasters, UDKs (on ORB) or a default value) Blue - value from a cue / memory which has gone up since the previous cue (up towards the blue sky) Green - value from a cue / memory which has gone down since the previous cue (down towards the green grass) White - a "blocked" value where the channel's programmed at a value it's already at (shown as RED in fixture levels) Purple - a tracked value from a previous cue
  16. Hi Ziglight, The colours are automatically added if you're using RGB or CMY fixtures, or if there is colour information within the fixture profile you are using (so the manufacture of the light has to tell us the colours they are using). Best regards Jon
  17. HI Jimmi, You can record palettes and recall them on the Multi-Functional Keys or via a Touch Screen, but not via the channel faders. How would you envision this working?
  18. I actually went to 'like' this... and then realised that button doesn't exist over in this part of the internet!
  19. Hi Gareth, Please find the fixture you requested below. RGBA Spectra Batten.ift Best regards Jon
  20. Hi Petr, Please find attached the fixtures you requested. Phantom 300.ift Best regards Jon
  21. You appear to have linked back to this thread Ian! Here's a link: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/List/Index/130/
  22. The emoticon button works fine for me in Chrome? Are you using the latest version of Chrome?
