Hi Jake, I think you're running a Solution, is that correct? I understand your idea, but I would prefer to spend our software team's time on speeding up the redrawing of the LCDs in the first place! The main processor in the Solution doesn't cause us a problem. The Co-Processor (2nd processor) is what we're working on to speed up the LCD redrawing, and it's that same processor that does everything you listed above - the Inputs / Outputs (including DMX) and everything on the front panel (buttons, faders, LCDs etc), so unfortunately your solution probably wouldn't help. We prioritise DMX and front panel input (Faders, GO button etc), which is why the buttons are instantly responsive. We made an update to the DMX output to make our consoles more compatible with a wider range of none-compliant equipment (fixtures that don't perform to the DMX specification themselves by not reading the full range of DMX speeds). By doing this, the internal LCD drawing have shown a delay in some situations - so that's what we're working on at the moment. I hope this explains things a little, Regards Jon

Hi Dil, The Mambo Frog is not the most suited console for running 24 dimmer channels, but you can add dimmers onto the fixture channels if you wish. Hi Ben, New windows always open on Desktop 1. When you select or open a new window, you can then press "VIEW" on the front panel, and then on the 5 blank syntax keys (with the LCDs, above the numberpad) you can press "Size" which will rotate through all the possible positions and sizes. You can also choose "Select" to cycle through the open windows, "Screen" to change which screen it's displays on, and "Close" to close the selected window. I hope this helps. Best regards Jon

Hi timthetutor, If you Right Click on any button, it's the equivalent of holding it down. So, you can right click the SHIFT button, and then click and hold the MODE button for around a second. Make sure you then right click the SHIFT button again, so you are no longer emulating holding it down, otherwise you'll get some strange results. Best regards Jon

Hi Nick, SHIFT + CUE will open the cue stack window. Which version of ZerOS are you running? In older versions of software, it will only store the View layout every 30 seconds or so, so if you make a change to the layout and then restart quickly, that change might not be stored. A quick and easy way to "force" a save is to go into SETUP and then come back out. Best regards Jon

Hi Both, I'm guessing you're talking about the old Jester ML, rather than the Jester ML24 or Jester ML48. Your local Zero 88 dealer will be able to get these for you, they are part number 9074500 ("Rack Mounting Brackets").

Hi AlexSky, ZerOS allows you to pick which colour space YOU want to work in, no matter if the fixture is CMY or RGB. The console will then convert from the colour space you choose to the colour space of the fixture automatically for you. There is a request to offer direct control of both CMY or RGB, which is on the to-do list! Jon
