  1. Hi Richard, Please can you send me the original Frog showfile, and save a copy of the ZerOS showfile, so I can see what you used to have and what you've ended up with. Many thanks Jon
  2. Hi Mark, It sounds like you've done most things but I've listed everything here for completeness. Have you downloaded the correct version of the library (the "filtered" version). You can download it here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/58/ Have you pointed Phantom Jester to your USB stick? It do this by clicking "Settings" in the small Phantom Jester window: Are you going into Setup (SHIFT+MODE), <Update Fixture Lib>, <Update Library> What size memory stick are you using? We know sometimes the Jester hardware struggles with larger USB sticks (try one that's 4GB or lower) Hope this helps, Jon
  3. Both of these things are fixed in a software update that will be released next week :-)
  4. Hi André, Please find the fixture here: AF-180 LED Fogger Co2 FX.ift Do you know how to patch it? When in <Assign Fixtures>, and the console asks you to "Select Source", choose <USB> instead of <Fixture Library>. Best regards Jon
  5. Hi Massimo, You can set the chase to "beat" inside the submaster setup window, and then use the step button to change the speed (you press it twice in time with the beat, and the chase will continue at that speed)
  6. Hi Phil, If you're in tracking mode, I'd only expect "0"s to appear if that data was in the cue. Cue 0 is a blackout, but as it's at the start of the stack, I wouldn't expect to see any "0"s, as no channels have to "change" to get to the blackout, if that makes any sense?!
  7. This is what I do too :-)
  8. Hi Rob, I suggest you drop Keith a phone call - +44 (0)1633 833101 It doesn't sound like a software issue
  9. Hi JakeS, We're aware of a bug that means this occasionally happens when creating a chase - we’ve fixed the problem, and are currently Beta Testing the software, so we are asking those who report the issue to give the new software a go.
  10. Here you go: Kudos 200ZS.ift
  11. Here you go FREQ5.ift
  12. Hi Chick3073, Do you know if the first four channels are addressed to DMX channels 1 - 4 on the dimmers? If you go into SETUP, do you see the following - specifically the first 4 lines that say: 1 [1] Dimmer 2 [2] Dimmer 3 [3] Dimmer 4 [4] Dimmer
  13. Hiya, It's possible that they've been deleted in the showfile that's being loaded on the other computer (you can remove dimmers in SETUP, <DMX Patch> by using the syntax 49 THRU 200 @ CLEAR ). They may have also been deleted if phantom had been opened as a Jester ML24 or Jester ML48 previously, as it could be loading that showfile, rather than a new TL Xtra one. I'd suggest resetting the desk on Phantom and seeing if they reappear, or saving the showfile from phantom on the other computer, and then loading it onto this one. Alternatively, you could patch the additional dimmers to give you the 200 back again.
  14. Hi Guys, Just a quick note to let you know we have implemented this change, and will make it available to test in the Beta Test forum shortly.
  15. This is fixed in Version 4.1. As for everything else - give Keith a call next week on +44 (0)1633 833101 and he'll let you know the best way to move forward
  16. Hi Chas C, What version of firmware are you running on the console? Have you updated the firmware since creating your showfile (or possibly used another console, or Phantom, to create the showfile on originally?)
  17. I've answered this here: http://zero88.com/forum/topic/7085-interchangable/
  18. Hi JB97, Yes they are. You'll get the lowest common denominator of features, although there's not that much difference between the two consoles. The main thing is channel numbers - if you have 200 dimmer channels on the TL Xtra, only the first 24 will get transfered onto the JesterML24 (or first 48 on the ML48). Fixtures, palettes, memories, submasters and soft patch will all work.
  19. Hi Tim, Looks like you've had several replies to your similar topic on Blue Room, but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
  20. Here you go :-) Petr.ift
  21. Hi Cucolino, I've just sent you an message (to the email address in your forum profile) with the old version of the Android App. A Beta version will be released in our Beta forum as soon as it's available. Our current predicted release date is April for the apps. Best regards Jon
  22. Hi cucolino, Thanks for all your comments and suggestions - I'll try and tackle them one by one! ZerOS 7.8.2 is currently being beta tested. This will close 23 issues. The delay we're experiencing at the moment is due to a couple of things - one being that we are completely rewriting the way that the Co-Processor draws the LCDs to speed this up and make it more stable. Could you expand this a little please? You mean Art-Net into the console, and then DMX out? With the console itself doing nothing else? This feels like a very expensive way of doing this...? I've added your comment to ZOS-2718 - "Option to use a sACN or Art-Net universe as DMX In" The current "DMX In" (SETUP > Edit Fixtures > Patch) only controls the intensity currently. If we changed this to control the whole fixture (so using DMX In address 20, would actually use address 20 upwards for however many parameters that fixture has), would this solve this problem? We could then have a shortcut to auto-populate these to match the normal DMX patch? Would you like to be added to our Beta Testers list, so you can try out the software we're currently working on? There are other threads, similar to this one, in the Beta forum too. Best regards Jon
  23. Hi Tom, I've sent you an email regarding the chase issue. Probably nontracking mode in that case. I'm happy to give you a call and go through the different modes if that's helpful. Or alternatively, you could come to one of our free training sessions - we've rebranded the Leap Frog 48 to the Solution now, but they work in exactly the same way: zero88.com/training No problem! Keep playing, and keep asking questions - it's the best way to learn!
  24. I'm pretty sure that's going to be the problem, but I'm willing to be proven wrong! Give it a go, and let us know what happens!
