  1. I think you'll find this is the problem. The only other thing I can suggest is trying this: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/489/ But you'll probably need to find a computer running Windows XP / 7
  2. Hi Nappaoh, What do you mean "nothing"? The Solution doesn't turn on at all? It turns on but has an error message? Or it just turns on like normal? Are you an administrator of the computer you used to installed the software onto the USB stick?
  3. Hi Nick, If this is the old hardware (2 USB ports on the front) there should be three battery holders - one behind the touch screen on the front panel, and two on the various PCs on the base plate. If this is the new hardware (1 USB port on the front) there should be two battery holders - one behind the touch screen on the front panel, and one on the PCB on the base plate. The holders on the base plate SHOULD have a battery. The holder behind the touch screen on the front panel DOESN'T need a battery. When you replace a battery, you will probably still get a warning - you need to reset the console within the software (save your show first!).
  4. Zero 88 are pleased to announce the launch of ZerOS version 7.8.2 software - a new software release for ORB Series, Solution Series, SCD Sever, FROG2 and Leap Frog 48 & 96 consoles. This update is recommended for all users. More information can be found at http://zero88.com/software/zeros A full list of changes are available in the Release notes. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at the office. Our contact details are: email: support@zero88.com phone: +44 (0)1633 838088 Best Regards,
  5. Hi Nodmoz, On the TL Xtra there is no way to do this, no. Jon
  6. Here you go :-) http://www.zero88.com/software/zeros/
  7. Hi Johnny, Which mode are you using the Source Four in? Did you click "Create Auto Palettes" again after patching the fixture?
  8. We've found an issue when importing old FROG showfiles that include "Virtual Intensity" fixtures - as this feature was added very late to the old FROG consoles, after the import functionality was built into ZerOS. We will fix this in a future release of ZerOS, and we've created a "fixed" version of your showfile which I have emailed across to you.
  9. No you don't need to do that. You can go into Setup > Desk Setup > Memory Defaults and change enable Tracking in there. I've looked through the files, and can't see anything you're doing wrong. I've forwarded this onto our Software Developers to ask them to have a look through what the problem could be. Sorry for the delay in this.
  10. Hi Richard, Please can you send me the original Frog showfile, and save a copy of the ZerOS showfile, so I can see what you used to have and what you've ended up with. Many thanks Jon
  11. Hi Mark, It sounds like you've done most things but I've listed everything here for completeness. Have you downloaded the correct version of the library (the "filtered" version). You can download it here: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/58/ Have you pointed Phantom Jester to your USB stick? It do this by clicking "Settings" in the small Phantom Jester window: Are you going into Setup (SHIFT+MODE), <Update Fixture Lib>, <Update Library> What size memory stick are you using? We know sometimes the Jester hardware struggles with larger USB sticks (try one that's 4GB or lower) Hope this helps, Jon
  12. Both of these things are fixed in a software update that will be released next week :-)
  13. Hi André, Please find the fixture here: AF-180 LED Fogger Co2 FX.ift Do you know how to patch it? When in <Assign Fixtures>, and the console asks you to "Select Source", choose <USB> instead of <Fixture Library>. Best regards Jon
  14. Hi Massimo, You can set the chase to "beat" inside the submaster setup window, and then use the step button to change the speed (you press it twice in time with the beat, and the chase will continue at that speed)
  15. Hi Phil, If you're in tracking mode, I'd only expect "0"s to appear if that data was in the cue. Cue 0 is a blackout, but as it's at the start of the stack, I wouldn't expect to see any "0"s, as no channels have to "change" to get to the blackout, if that makes any sense?!
  16. Hi Rob, I suggest you drop Keith a phone call - +44 (0)1633 833101 It doesn't sound like a software issue
  17. Hi JakeS, We're aware of a bug that means this occasionally happens when creating a chase - we’ve fixed the problem, and are currently Beta Testing the software, so we are asking those who report the issue to give the new software a go.
  18. Hi Chick3073, Do you know if the first four channels are addressed to DMX channels 1 - 4 on the dimmers? If you go into SETUP, do you see the following - specifically the first 4 lines that say: 1 [1] Dimmer 2 [2] Dimmer 3 [3] Dimmer 4 [4] Dimmer
  19. Hiya, It's possible that they've been deleted in the showfile that's being loaded on the other computer (you can remove dimmers in SETUP, <DMX Patch> by using the syntax 49 THRU 200 @ CLEAR ). They may have also been deleted if phantom had been opened as a Jester ML24 or Jester ML48 previously, as it could be loading that showfile, rather than a new TL Xtra one. I'd suggest resetting the desk on Phantom and seeing if they reappear, or saving the showfile from phantom on the other computer, and then loading it onto this one. Alternatively, you could patch the additional dimmers to give you the 200 back again.
  20. Hi Guys, Just a quick note to let you know we have implemented this change, and will make it available to test in the Beta Test forum shortly.
  21. This is fixed in Version 4.1. As for everything else - give Keith a call next week on +44 (0)1633 833101 and he'll let you know the best way to move forward
