Please could you confirm which version, by going to the Output Window, choosing "Other Windows" and then choosing "System Information". Thanks
-
Hi Luke, Make sure the programmer is empty - you do this by pressing "CLEAR" twice. The programmer "always wins", and so if there's a load of "0%" under all the channels (which will be shown in red) then this might be the cause. This often happens when programming from channel faders, as once you're finished recording you pull all the channels to 0% - putting lots of "0%" info into the programmer which need to be cleared before playback. Thanks. What software is the console running?
-
Hi Carwyn, What version of software are you running on the console? What's plugged into it (how many universes of DMX? Monitor? Network? USB? etc etc)
-
Hi Tbeunders, Please could you take a photo of the error you're seeing and either post it here, or email it to me (my address is in my signature below). Thanks Jon

The DMX fixture profile would be a simple three channels - Red, Green and Blue. We'd then add a "Virtual Dimmer" which would scale these three channels when using the grandmaster, blackout etc. We have this profile already in our library. When you pick a manufacture, choose "Standard Fixtures" at the top of the list, and then choose "RGB Dimmer" in the next menu. Happy to go through this in a little more information if you need it, just let me know which console you are using first.

Hi James, When enabled, the Sound Input will always take priority over the speed. However, it should only work if the console's receiving a sound signal, so if there's no sound coming into the console, the chase will run at whatever speed has been programmed. This is probably the easiest solution for you - mute the sound coming into the console and only unmute it when you want it. Jon

Did you try both MBR Images A and B?
-
Hi Ovidijus, "Submaster controls" allows you to directly control the attributes with the position of the fader, which is great for flyouts like this, but it doesn't currently trigger or control each cue of the playback separately - we just use the current cue of that playback. I've added your request as ZOS-6522, so this can be discussed and prioritise - as with all requests, the more people who ask for it, the higher priority it becomes!

Can you try following these instructions please: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/489/ Thanks

Hi David, Just to confirm, by "LCD 3", are we talking about the one above the wheels? Do you see vertical lines splitting it up into "smaller displays", or is it completely blank?
-
What error are you seeing? Are you an admin of the computer you're using?
-
Yep. You'll probably find the router was 192.168.1.1, so there were collisions there. Changing the desk to .2 probably solved this.
-
Hi Phil, What's the IP address of the console, and the IP address of your phone/tablet? Cheers Jon
-
This sounds like a hardware issue in that case. We can try two software things first: - Try resetting the console completely - Try installing old software to see if this solves the problem (I highly doubt it will, but please let me know which version you were using previously and I'll send it across)
-
Yes, I think a copy of the showfile would really help us here please. Thanks
-
Hi David, Have you tried going into SETUP, <LCD Bias Conf> and changing the settings between <Low> and <High>?
-
Can you send me the image please? (for reference, this is issue ZOS-6077, but it's currently closed)

Hi Jan, In the next software release, Next / Previous will work solidly when "Highlight" is enabled. Only when Highlight's enabled will Next / Previous be supported. All the best, Jon

Hi Jan, Currently FLX supports external single touch screens, and in a future software update it will support external multi-touch screens. I imagine this will be towards the end of the year. There are larger resolutions in the same range that Franck has suggested, so I would go for one of those :-) Jon

Hi Massimo St, Thanks for that. Finding it slightly hard to follow what you want to do, sorry. Please could you email me your showfile and what you'd like to do, with reference to the subs / memories in the showfile? My email is JonHole@Eaton.com Thanks Jon

We'll have a look into this - ZOS-6505
-
Hi Jan, this was a bug of old software, have you updated your console? What version of software are you running?
-
Hi James, The line-level signal goes through various hardware filters and compression which then creates an electrical pulse, which triggers each step of the chase. Jon

Hi Massimo, What version of software are you running on the Leap Frog 48? Please let us know, and then we'll be able to help you further. All the best Jon
