  1. Unfortunately this isn't possible on the Jester range. Intensity is always HTP, and all other attributes are always LTP.
  2. Here you go James Strike 4.ift
  3. Thanks keredyelesob :-)

    ML48 Chases

Hi, Go into "Programming" mode, select the submaster by pressing the flash button under it and press the "Edit" button. You should now see that chase outputting on your lights. Press "chase" and change the speed to the speed you require, and press "Edit" again. Repeat this for the second chase, giving it a different speed. Go back into "Run" mode, and now try using the two submasters - they should be running at the two separate speeds you require.
  5. What Android device are you using? Are you connecting using a Straight or Crossover cable? Which Router are you using? Are you plugging into the LAN ports, or the WAN port? What IP address are you giving to the console? And what IP address are you giving to your Android device?
  6. Replacement dustcovers for Leapfrog 96 / Solution XL are part number 75-099-00
  7. Thanks for the feedback, we'll take a look into the showfile issue. Recorded as issue ZJE-7130 We've dealt with this over email and sorted it.
  8. Hi Theo12, Please can you email me the profile you made? Thanks Jon
  9. Zero 88 are proud to become the first manufacturer to support multiple Numeral Systems within their lighting consoles, through a new version of their popular ZerOS operating system. Version 7.9 of ZerOS, being previewed at Prolight & Sound in Frankfurt, allows users to switch from the current "Hindu–Arabic numerals" view to a new "Roman numerals" view. When chosen, a secondary option allows the user to switch between "traditional notation" and "subtractive notation" (where "IV" will represent four, opposed to the more traditional "IIII"). Zero 88 General Manager David Catterall mentioned "Studios and Production Houses make up a large segment of our customer base - this is a core group of users already familiar with using Roman Numerals within their credits on a daily basis". To support the release, FLX hardware has been updated, replacing keys 0 - 9 with I, V, X and L. Pressing @@ will now represent "C" rather than the more confusing "full". Jon Hole, Zero 88 Product Manager, explained "being able to reduce the antiquated 10 numeral keys to just 4 symbols will make FLX even simpler, easier and quicker for our end users - we're sure our customers are going to love it!" ZerOS 7.9 will be previewed at the upcoming Prolight & Sound exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, 5th - 8th April, 2016. Zero 88 will be in Hall 3.0, Stand B50.
  10. Hi Xavier, I believe this is because there are also R, G & B parameters, so ZerOS is prioritising these - this is because we can get "better" fades from using the RGB parameters rather than a "macro" channel, where we end up snapping between channels.
  11. Hi jfrey5, you probably need to post on the Strand forums rather than ours! Jon
  12. Here you go Auro Spot 100.ift
  13. When you install new software, the settings will be sent back to default - so you'll need to enable the remote again (SETUP > Network > Remote). Ensure the IP addresses etc are correct too.
  14. 7.9 is being shown at Prolight & Sound. The next release after that is ZerOS 8, which will include an all-new fixture library to solve problems like this :-)
  15. Hi Alan, That's not right. Can you drop me a showfile on the email below? Many thanks Jon
  16. Think you've worked it all out, but yes - in short: The two devices are connected through a network (usually through some form of switch) which they communicate over to stay in sync and ensure that the other device is still working. The "Master" device can, if you choose, also output Art-Net or streaming ACN (sACN) over this same network, to one (or more) nodes on the network to convert back to DMX. If the "Master" device goes offline, the "Backup" device will detect this, and start outputting the Art-Net or sACN. If the backup device is Phantom ZerOS running on a computer, then the Space Bar acts as the master GO button.
  17. Hi Gmanno, Which version of ZeroS software is running on your Solution? Thanks Jon

    Mac Aura Effects

Sorted offline. There was an overlap of the DMX addressing causing the problem.

    Touch Screen

Hi LeeV, When you try to calibrate the monitor, does the first box you have to touch in the top left corner stay blue, or does it turn orange? Thanks Jon
  20. Here you go :-) arri_skypanel.ift
  21. We can arrange to break it again if you like?
  22. Hi Xavier, Which console are you using? Can you send me the fixture you have created? Many thanks Jon
  23. Thanks, we'll add this to the next library release
  24. Yes, images are only shown when the fixtures are selected. Also, you'll need to choose "Automatically create palettes" again after patching the new profile
