Hi, I have recently purchased a second hand Alcora, I used it the other other night and it seemed to crash a couple of times,it came back after a minte or so, it was as if it lost DMX as I had no faders or flash buttons etc, lamps that were on stayed on. Also it seems that lamps are at 100% at only about 30% on faders. Any ideas?? Realistically I think it needs a good service any ideas where I could get this done, I live in Coventry so as local as possible. Many thanks...
