Hi all, I´am back from tour and I beg you to implement This would be very useful function if using more then 60 generics from house lighting. In my case I used another lighting desk to found out all the chans and wrote it on a list and then I patched to the frog this has took hours of programming. greets

Hi Sam, If you program submasters or memories using the stored palettes i.e. position drum-raiser then in other venues you have only to "correct" this palette - it will be called by memory or submaster !! regards Sebastian (back from tour)

What about a small amount of 20 motorfaders which could be switched to submasters / speedgroups / generics pages - ther should be a way to combine them ... and call this pages with a key pad or have say sx buttons. Ice is right, brainstorming is needed to implement a successful successor to the green frogs ... At the end of the day there will be more questions, like should it be a live show desk or the more theatrical one. What about a inventing game ? - best ideas get a free Z88 shirt this could fit in the policys of Zero88 - Fits to many a mickle things ... regards

Hi, as you are telling me so much of your favourite way of programming I would do so too ... should have done before sorry :oops: I use submaster fades for parchases / brightness chases and frontlight. All the other effects I stored to a memory and named it as what they do i.e. 1. all/tri/circles, 2. all/open/centerstage ... when song starts I type in the number i.e. 2. and press go wehen anything goes to happen I type in number of thing and press go again. so I can have huge variations in the show. regards

Hi Sam [*] Home your fixtures tag the fixtures you want to be stored in a palette and choose "colour" then wheel in your favorite colours for the fixtures press and hold down colour switch and now press a channel flash button for about 3 sec. now the channel flashbutton LED should lit. [*] To run a palette just tag the fixtures you want to change attributes stored before in a palette, press and hold colour knob then press the channel- flashbutton wehre your palette was stored before. [*] This could be done by each 'LTP' value colour/beamshape/position [*] by using the 'group button" you can group your fixtures i.e. scans, washes,movers etc. [*] You are also able to look the palettes when you run desksoftware 9.0 To lock a palette press and hold down colour,beamshape or position then press the F1 key now the palettes are locked and you can change attributes by pressing the channel flash buttons. Hi, usually filenames can be eight characters long if desk works with a fat16 filesystem.

Hi handsdev, [*]Memory Fade Up and Down is only accroing to the HTP values stored in your memory Let us assume that you have stored a scene with some generics and brightness of some movers. store scene with program button set fade up and down time to i.e. 00.02.00 (2sec) If now this memory is invoked by go button and playback X master is full on the scene should smoothly slide in (fadeup) and fades to the next memery if you press go. Same happens if you 'transfer with time' a mem with fadetimes to a submaster or sx button. It fades up/down automatically. [*]LTP changes are triggerd by pressing 'go' or when memory stored on a submaster LTP values are triggered by about 3% of submaster faderlevel but this value might changed in *superuser* > *desksetup* > *deskdefaults* > *submaster* >LTP trigger on/off, LTP Trig Lev remember that all fixture data are LTP except the brightness. [*] they are real time its because you can also trigger your show by real time clock or SMPTE(optional) DWELL is a kind of hold time. If your memory must be outputted for about 5min. regardless of next trigger. [*] Memories can be triggered by 'go button' or by SMPTE or by a real time value. For example your show begins exactly 8:00 pm you want to have a smoke and can´t be back at 8:00 pm you can set up your 1st memory to start at 8:00 pm (fade down venue lights) and at 8:05 pm next memory (intro) etc. all automated - but its very difficult to catch the right time. I have tried it at new years eve, desk started exactly at 00:00 o'clock a very cool strobe and movinglight show - but band was still playing strangers in the night. 8O Hope I don´t miss that thing. sincerely

If I edit a memory blind it would be cool if not necessary - to choose from memories to edit blind normal show must go on while edit blind ...

The showfiles are still compatible with offline editor and vice versa. So are the fixturefiles created at PC. But you can´t use the new functions on phantom until Z88 will release a update of phantom

[*] switch on desk again [*] wait till boot loader is open the disk [*] please choose [Continue] to update the Desk... [*] wait little [*] turn off desk and get the disk out [*] switch on desk again Now the desk should do its work, if not your frog has a disease Greets

Hi, in my opinion they should concentrate to desks the more. It´s of no importance to have a shirt - with frog logo on it. Last you have to pay for it. I also don´t want to go around like an advertising pillar especially when nobody knows the product. Sorry thats in fact my ordinary way of thinking cheap. After all the desks have to do their work with shirt´s or without them.

Thank god I´m right I´ve never seen a FatFrog but I didn´t believe that they are much different in basic construction this is a matter of production process. And this display should be very cheap as single part.

The display are two elements of 7 segment displays so it´s not a problem to show a number up to nine ... at least on our Leapfrog console. regards

Hi Sam, Stores the desk your showdata correctly ? - Try to save a show and put ito your PC if you can read the disk normally - then try to format your "new" disk on the desk then copy the file. If saving of show dosn´t run proper maybe one of your disk drives is currupted Indeed you can ! It´s on the pack content a Original Frog Disk - You should use this disk careful - there is a OS Update on it and this can delete your showdata. Greets
