  1. Unfortunately this is not something that can be done with a Frog show files.
  2. e-mail me on keith.rogers@cooperindustries,com
  3. Please see the attached phantom.ift
  4. Please can you let me have the unit serial number so i can date the firmware and hardware. What are the desk LCD displays showing, and if you have an exteral monitor connected is this showing the desk screen ok and can you see the clock in the bottom right running. Please pm on the address below.
  5. The PSU is 5537500, The finger wheel clip is 3947000, The chase speed pot on this desk does not have the on/off click, it is only the Xfade pot that has that. If it does it is possible it has been replaced previously. The correct part number for this is 4407400. The Xfade pot is 4407500 if this is the one you need. Incase you need them the knob and cap of the speed pot (or the other two) is 5367000 and 5396000
  6. this is a single socket and DMX drive IC. PM on the address below for more details.
  7. Please see the attached fixture file. Please note that depending on the value you set on Channel 1, called Preset in the profile, will have an effect on the other channels. It looks like a value between 10 - 249 causes Channel 4 and 5 to change to from controlling Red1 and Blue1 segments to being a speed and fade time for the programs. It also looks like it disables the other LED channel controls as well. You have not mentioned which desk you are using as the set-up of the subs may have an issue on programming or replaying from them. Eurolite.ift
  8. From what you have given I think the issue is still to do with the battery or the connections from the battery to the rest of the circuit. What condition was the battery in when you replaced it. Was there any signs of it having leaked onto the PCB or signs of corrosion around the area. If yes then it may have damaged the tracks on the PCB which explains why the unit is reporting errors and will not hold it’s settings. This may also explain the fan forced on running cold option but this may also be a failed or damaged connection to one of the temperature sensors so it is now reading 0 all the time. Due to the units assembly it is very difficult to work on this, I would recommend that it is looked at by a qualified service engineer. I can recommend Connect for this, my contact is Markus you can obtain further detail from www.connect-lichtservice.de
  9. There are a number of things that can cause this. One of the easiest to check for is desk internal battery. Make sure is not showing signs of corrosion and if possible measure the voltage that is holding both with and without power on to the desk. Please PM me on the address below for further details.
  10. The DMX was an optional update for the Level Plus range of desk. It was a small PCB with an XLR and DMX drive circuit that could be retro fitted to the analogue versions of the unit. To run the unit as a DMX only unit then required an external PSU to power the unit, but this came as part of the kit. We are no longer able to supply this item though.
  11. Please see the attached file. Ml601.ift
  12. Please see the attached file. THM3-1.ift
  13. This is something we are currently looking into. Can you PM on the address below and I will update you when we have more information.
  14. please can you PM on the address below to take this further. If you could give me both the serial numbers for the desk so we can date the firmware and hardware they are using.
  15. From what you have given it sounds like a power issue. Those voltages that you are reading are not correct, you should be seeing +12v , -12v and 5v. Can you pm on the address below to take this further.
  16. hi this sound like an issue with the preset selector switches. on the back of the preset PCB is a small block of switches they are used to set up which channels the PCB is decoding. for ch1-12 they are all off, for ch13-24 only number 3 should be on. My guess is you may find them all set to off. If you need any more help pm on the address below.
  17. You can get these from RS components. Please see the link below http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/panel-mount-fuse-holders/0418625/
  18. It has been a while since i used one of these in this mode, but If I remember correctly as you said the DMX out is sperate so you have to run a feed from each desk into the dimmers. It is possible softpatch the second desk an use a merge if require. You then program each desk speratley, but when you connect them together to play back, a go push on the master drives the slave as well.
  19. yes you can make one of these pretty easily, the wiring config is in the rear of the manual, if you can't find it PM me on the address below. For the DMX module, the original MK1 desk could not be fited with a DMX card, you can tell the differecne between a Mk1 and Mk2 as the MK1 will not have the memory card slot on the rear panel. All Mk2 could take a card but some of the early units required a modification to fit the card, and if you are planning on linking them you will also need this as well. This was all in DMX card kits, again i can give you the info if needed.
  20. Think you may have also e-mailed me direct as well, if not it, sounds like you have an issue with the desks battery. It may not be flat but it may be have gone blow the threshold for being able to hold the settings. I would replace this first then carry out a reset desk to defaults from super user, to clear any corruption that this has caused. Battery type is a CR2032 coin cell battery. If you need any further help please contact me directly on the address below.
  21. think you pm me about this and i gave you some extra things to look for, if not then please pm on the address below
  22. it depends on the age of the dimmers. PM on the address below to go over the options.
  23. have you managed to get this working if not please contact me on the address below.
  24. PM me on the address below to continue this as it will be quicker.
  25. Try carring our a full rest on the dimmer from in the super user menu. If you not sure how to do this then give me a call or mail me direct on the address below.
