  1. That sounds like a connection issue between the DMX card, and the main and slave PCB. You are looking for a pair of grey cables with a red and black wire. One connects to the main PCB the other to the slave. It is easy for this cable to look's OK but is actually only crimped on the plastic. PM me on the address below for more information.
  2. RS part is 422 393 for the battery, but have a feeling they have now put a minimum order qty on as well.
  3. Hi Profile as requested also mail it to you direct as well. Longman LED PAR64 18.ift
  4. The link below is a simple guide to how to use the wizard. You will how ever need to locate the DMX profile for the light in its manaul. It will be something like Channel 1 : REd, Channel 2 : Green etc. http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/GetAttachment/49/539 If you are still not sure please send a copy of the DMX profile to the address in my signature and i can help you with this.

Based on the specification given it will operate on the desk with out any issues.
  6. Please see the attached profile TMH-11.ift
  7. The socket has 12v on pins 1-6, it is then basically looking for this to be pulled low when it is connected to Pin 8 which is the common pin. When it detects this it will then carry out a "GO" next or "GO" memory X, depending on what you set up in the super user remote option. There are no other options available so it would be limited control
  8. not had this reported since we release 2.4. could you pm me on the address below with the desk serial number and if you could let me know which mode you were in when the keypad stopped responding.
  9. Hi Please PM me on the address below with you location will point you at your closest distributer to obtain one from.
  10. hi ok do you get movement and an audiable click when you press the button and release the button or does it push down and stay down. or move but no click. If it pushes down and stays down then it may be catching the front panel label. it may be possible to free this by careful use of a sharpe craft knife to trim the access label back so it no longer catches. Also if you have an external keyboarad connected then unplug this and see if the problem stops. If you still have issues then if you pm on the address below with you location ican point you athe closest repair center for you.
  11. hi think i spoke to you yesterday and pointed you at the battery being flat. If not please e-mail me on the address below to take this further.
  12. Hi Think i may have spoken to you or e-mailed you direclty. If not please can you PM on the address below with the desk serial number. From what you have given though yes use the upgrade stick to boot the desk this time select the co-processor 1 option and run this from the USB drive.
  13. Hi Lars, Please could you pm me on the address below with the unit serial number and what version of OS the desk is running on. Ironically if you go into set-up, files and desk information this will give a list of all the hardware and firmware that is installed. A picture of this screen would be very helpful and give all of the above.

hi looking that the spec it will be ok to use with the desk.
  15. Hi No the desk is only able to receive midi it does not generate it.
  16. Hi David, The current version of firmware is relate to hardware changes on the desk, 3.4 is compatible with most of the older versions where as 3.6 may cause issues. You are able to see the inserted cue on the desk LCD, once you have pressed the insert, press the arrow down button after and the inserted cue will appear.
  17. Hi Please can you pm on the address below with the serial number of the desk so i can date the hardware and firmware. Will be able to help sort this out from there on.
  18. Hi Johny This is something we are looking into. For your age of desk woudl install 3.0. The later relesase are all to do with hardware changes to the desk itself, replacement displays etc.
  19. Can you PM on the address below with the desk serial number so I can work out what the hardware platform is. My initial reaction would be a tarnish contact in the jack or possibly a solder connection to is poor.
  20. Hi Johny5. Can you PM me on the address below to take this further.
  21. Hi Rob, What version of fixture tools are you using? PM on the address below to take this further.
  22. In this case the extra channels are loaded as dimmer onto the fixtures section. So dimmers 49-68 will be on fixture page 1, dimmer 69-88 on page 2 and dimmer 89-96 on page three. Any fixtures that were on the bullfrog then start on page 3 after dimmer 96. I would then recommend you turn on the command line so you can control the channels easier with syntax entry. Only thing of note is the output window shows only 48 channels plus your fixtures, it does not show dimmes 49-96 even when selected.
  23. Unfortunately we no longer have the ability to burn EPROM’s in house. We can provide the HEX file if you are able to locate any one who can burn them.
  24. Think i may have been talking to you off line on this if now PM on the address below.
  25. When was the desk last with us to be looked at and do you have the RMA number. The floppy drive is powered of the 5v rail. The same rail powers the reset of the PCB as well, so if there was any issue with this then I would expect other issue on the PCB not just a floppy drive failure. When you plug this into to a PC does it detect but refuse to read a disk or does it not detect at all? Does the desk get left with a disk in all the time and if yes is the desk moved around a lot? If you could please pm on the address below to contiune with this.
