  1. Hi yes these will be added to the next library, for now i have attached them for you. Colorado 144.ift
  2. Please see the attached. When using the flood in mode 3 you need to be careful on the value ch 6 is set to as this seem to change the function of the other channels if it is not set to 0. stairville.ift
  3. that sounds like an issue with the switch settings on the back of the preset PCB. these identify which channels are being decoded. For ch 1-12 none of the switches should be on, for ch 13-24 only number three should be on. PM on the address below for more details.
  4. these were last manufactured back in 2000 and we quickly used up the stock we had. You may be able to obtain one from someone breaking a desk for spares. This can be a 48 way as well as the cards are the same, just need to move a jumper to tell it is now a 24 way card. Only thing to watch for is if you a Mk1 Sirius as these do not support the DMX cards. Quick way to tell is if your desk has the memory card slot on the rear it will be the Mk2 ans you can fit the DMX card if you
  5. Unfortunately how the address is displayed will depend on the type of light. Some have a display that shows the address others are set by using a number of small switches, sometimes referred to as dip switches. You would have to check the manual for the lights you have to work out what you have. For the ETC lights you have mentioned please can you let us know which ones you have so we can check the and create the profiles.
  6. it is pretty much what you have said. assign a fixture as a relay. Select the fixture and press beamshape, then press one the MFK buttons to select a pallet, display should come up with a Beamshape XX unprogrammed. Set the channel at 100, select a pallet and press program. Select another MFK and set the channel at 0, press program again.
  7. Hi Adrian. For what you are trying to achieve you would not be able to create profile to do. There are already relay profiles in the desk under the standard fixtures. All the profile does is tell the desk what the control channel are and the button just selects that fixture to be controlled it does not output any values. For what you want you would look at either programming a a pair of pallets or submasters with the on and off value.
  8. hi Terry, think i spoke to you this morning and have sorted you out on this one. If you have any more problems please don't hesitate to contact me.
  9. Hi think you also made the request for this direct yesterday but just in case please see the attached file. EXP33000.ift

    Betapack3 Installation

On the hardwired unit you should be running a neutral per channel.
  11. The switches are the problem. For channel 1-12 they should all be in the off position, from the picture the look like they are all in the on position not the off. Channel 13-24 only number 3 should be on which looks correct.
  12. Battery is one possibility, but i would be looking more at the supply circuit for the op-amp drive section. Please PM me on the address below to take this further.
  13. if you could PM me on the address below, with the units full serial number so i can date the hardware and firmware on the desk, but a quick question is do you have a single or double USB port on the front panel of the desk? If this is the double USB then you would need to use the CD image to upgrade the desk not the USB.
  14. Hi As promised fixture for both the XS2 Duo and Intimidation Duo attached for anyone who needs them. Due to the way this works there is a single master dimmer, this has been set up as virtual dimmer, there is an individual dimmer in beam shape for each head. Note. The master dimmer will not appear on the original Frog or Illusion range as these do not support the virtual dimmer function. XS2 Duo.ift Intim Spot Duo.ift
  15. struggling to find the manual on this could you PM me it on the address below.

    Betapack 2 problems

Could you PM me PM on the address below with the unit serial numbers. Also what DMX addresses you are using and the type of desk as well.
  17. please see the attached file. Lanta.ift
  18. Hi Jack, think you mailed me direct on this, if not please mail me on the address below.
  19. yes it is possible to do this. If you use the syntax fixture no: @ cue x enter. i.e. 101@cue 5 enter, will output the fixture attributes recorded into cue 5 live.
  20. Hi could you pm on the address below with the unit full serial number.
  21. i am not, talk to you later
  22. Hi The Rackmaster 660 are pretty old units, if i remember correctly they were last manufactured around 1992. We split them into the Rackmaster 260, 290 and 490 series. If i remember correctly this would have been closer to the 490 versions. We no longer carry parts for them to be honest, but some of the key things like fuses and triac's have equivalent parts in RS and Farnell. Price is difficult as they are older analogue units and spares are going to be difficult. If they are in top condition I think that you would be looking at around £75 each, to the right person may be a little more.
  23. Hi Phil, That sounds like a fault with a component in the dimmer sync circuit for that pair of channels. Can you PM on the address below with the unit serial number so we can take this further.
  24. Hi Please see the attached profile. If you could mail the one you created to the address in my signature i can have look and see why it is not working, Moto Show 575.ift
  25. Initial reaction would be a flat battery but you have indicated you change the battery recently. When you did this do you carry out a reset desk once you change the battery. Could you PM on the address below with the desk full serial number to take this further.
