Well if you come to a gig with no maglight you deserve to be left in the dark.
-
Switch on the overide on a dimmer channel from your pack, apart from that plunge those noise boys into darkness.

You should use the pallets for changing colours live. Hopfully K-Nine will push for the fade in/out times on the pallets so you have the choice to fade or snap your colours or gobos. Would work great with the wash fixtures.

Moderation: Split into separate topic and moved to Social Forum Well all my kit lives in the back of my sprinter and there's only 12v knocking around in there

You can adjust the contrast and brightness in the superuser menu for both displays. It's under desk setup (I think)

Q1, Has anybody come across a demux unit that can do both +10 and -10v at the same time via different outputs. Q2, Can analog dimmers be changed to accept +10v, instead of -10v?
-
Just press it once then, why would you want to wreck your gear?

Would it be possible to have a fade in/out time on pallets, would be great when using the CYM in the wash lamps.

Would it be possible to install a usb port into a fatfrog in place of the floppy drive, I keep breaking the disks.

How about installing the fixture editing tool into the desk, so if you come across a new fixture a personality can be writen easily?.

When programming make sure the MEMORY MASTER IS AT ZERO,and when you finished programming your chase, home the fixtures and bring the dimmer channel to zero. Do mini macs have a dimmer channel :?:

Before sombody brings it up, NO a bigger desk is not an option unless NZ has a leap frog he wants to set free . But back to the question in hand its a head wreck :|

I'm using 8 scrollers and 12 nodding buckets on a fatfrog. The nodders have claimed the 12 fixture buttons, so i'm using channel 40 to 48 as scroller control. NOW the trouble is when i save the scrollers to a sub(say the third gel in green) and replay the scene and rase the sub the lamp level rises but you can see the scroller gel rolling until it reaches "green". Is there anyway around this without programming scroller colours as memories.
