  1. Please can you save a copy of your showfiles from both desks and attach them to your post so that we can investigate this.

If you're using moving heads, a JesterML or JesterTL desk would be better. These desks allow you to copy entire chases. The basic Jester doesn't.
  4. This is probably a result of Frog Reference 5563 which was changed in release 10.8 to support newer desks with blue LCDs. You can increase the brightness from the installation default of 50% in Super User -> Illumination.
  5. This problem has been corrected in Phantom Jester version 3.1, CLICK HERE.
  6. An updated version of the Offline Editor for the Jester, JesterML & JesterTL desks - Phantom Jester - has been released. This can be downloaded from the Jester, JesterML or JesterTL support pages. This version of Phantom Jester corrects a problem loading JSF showfiles (JES-2988), there is no change to the desk software, which remains at the following versions: - Jester V3.4 - JesterML/TL V3.0
  7. Unfortunately this is a bug in Phantom Jester when looking for JSF show files. It does not affect Phantom JesterML, Phantom JesterTL, or any of the actual desks. It will be fixed in the next version of Phantom Jester (reference JES-2988). To work around the problem for now, *hide* any other unwanted JSF files from Phantom Jester, either by renaming them to a different file extension, or by moving them into a subdirectory.
  8. The Fixture tools appear under Start -> All Programs -> Zero 88 -> Fixture Tools. The files themselves are installed to the directory C:\Program Files\Zero 88\Fixture Tools .
  9. Your suggestion has been logged for consideration in a future software update, reference number JES-2982. The button combination SHIFT + FIXTURES is already used to set the shifted wheel editing mode for brightness, do you have another suggestion for how you would like to see this work? It's important to make it easy to see that this mode is activated and to exit it, so that users who use palettes don't get confused by the new functionality, thinking the desk is broken because they can't see their palettes any more.
  10. The Juggler does not have a DMX patch function, however if you have Betapack3 dimmers, then you can use the DMX patch function on the dimmers to achieve what you want. If you want to simply raise and lower all 12 channels together, then you can just use the master faders on the Juggler.
  11. Support for Inverse channels has been added in JesterML/TL software version 3.0, CLICK HERE for further details.
  12. MIDI Show Control functionality has now been released in Jester software version 3.4, and JesterML/TL software version 3.0. See the software release announcements at the top of each product forum for further details.
