JesterML - Loss of colour in program and run mode.

This is indeed what I was thinking, so this has been changed and the issue is still present. -
So, we run the JesterML in our small cosy Theatre (only 71 seats). We have 16 fixtures in a linear daisy-chain configuration from the Jester. However, the Jester is now when programming is storing colours but then all the fixtures lose the colours if changes are made or even sometimes in run mode. Everything is programmed no faders used. Note: We are running the latest version and fixture library. Can any one suggest what is happening?
