Hello, I I had a few hours and finally worked out the cause. When I change pages, if I don't give a 2 second pause before using "Go Snap" to preset movers, they light up 100% and swing into position. It was just my hands moving a little fast for the console. I'll need to make it muscle memory to force a pause. I love having the extra pages! Cheers, Harold

I've finally figured out what was causing an issue. I half busk / half program music performances in our theater. Normally I use our movers for highlighting members of the bands. There have been a number of times when I press the button (set for Go Snap) to preset a mover and the light goes full and then swings into place. It seems that "After" I change from one page to the other, the glitch happens one time. Have I missed a setting? Now that I've isolated the problem I would like to fix it. Also, is there an estimate for the updated firmware update? Cheers, Harold

Are files saved using Phantom 7.14 able to be loaded onto a board running 7.13.2? We're waiting for the IT person here to update the firmware (I have no choice, I have to wait) and I can't load files I've edited or built from my computer to the console. The USB stick I'm using is running FAT32. Cheers, Harold
