  1. Gonne update to 7.14 but I have this weekend a large show so doesn't like to do this right now. Already tried to disable smart tag in the record options but that is not helping. Also, if I use other effects candlelight, police, even the running light effects, I can't get them running on a playback fader. Colours are stored but seems the intensity is missing. First I will do upgrade and if that not helps then I will send you a showfile. Meanwhile any other thoughts, options or info is always welcome.
  2. I running a Zero88 Solution desk on 7.9.9 everething works fine, only I cannot record any effects to a playback. I used smart tag on and off, Snapshot. The effect (I select rainbow) is shown on my RGB spots, I press RECORD and select a empty playback, it is stored well, I clear the programmer. Then move playback fader up and no effect is shown or running, I tried all the options in the playback menu, still no effects visible. What do I wrong, someone any idea? I know it was working before, but now I don't get it. Thanks.
  3. Hi Edward, I use Fixture Library 37.00 that has been downloaded from your site. I have nothing changed in this file. just bought the solution desk last month. All works fine and I’m happy to work with the desk, one thing I miss is the correct manual for the latest soft version 7.9.5 the manual i got is not update and thats confusing.
  4. The gobo pictures as not complete on the screen. I use Stairville MHX200 scans. How can I solve this so I see the complete gobo sign on the screen, do I need to update the scan data? any suggestions? Thank you
