  1. Thanks, I was told the same thing several months ago. replaced a bunch of the faders and the problem was less for a short period of time. However, this problem in now back in full force. It sure looks like a bias problem more than a fader problem. I find it hard to believe that the design of a board would not include a little better head room so that dust does not cause this problem. We also started having another problem where the faders are not acting in a linear manner either again pointing to a power supply problem.
  2. I have this same problem with my Bull Frog. Was there ever any resolution to this problem?
  3. I just updated from 10.9 to 10.12. have several problems. First when i reload a show that was stored in ver 10.9, when i press the edit button every light in the patch turns on. I found that clearing to the default was the only way to fix this. After re-entering the patch I was then able to go into the Edit mode without all of the dimmers coming on, however, the I am not able to edit the channels as i use to by pressing the flash button on then moving the fader to reset the level. Is there something i'm doing wrong?
  4. I'm having a similar problem with my bull frog. The difference is that all or most of the generic channels and submasters are changing level by 1 or 2 %. On the output page I get a constant red and green flashing as these channels go up and down. Act suggested that this might be a power supply problem. I don't think that all of these faders would be bad at one time. Any ideas? Frank
  5. I am having a problem with a Bull Frog. A number of the submasters are flashing at 1%. We have tried clearing the board and reloading, clearing the submasters. It has been doing this for sometime but only become a problem now that we are using LED lights where 1% turns them on enough to see. ft
  6. Thank you for this information. I look forward to the next release. We use the bull frog in a church where the level of the operator is such that teaching them to tag every recorded que is a issue. thanks again
  7. I agree. The new version makes programming much too complicated especially the brightness tagging. We are having problems with lights showing up in sub-masters that where not programmed is so I am going back and editing many of the subs and ques. I hate to loose some of the other features like tracking and patching features but the programming is just too time consuming. I also will be reloading 10.4
