  1. Hi Edward The first part makes sense, the preset faders can only have one channel, and yes all the lights appear when the fixture key is pressed. However regarding your second point no Submasters appear to be set up when looking on the monitor screen. Interestingly, the 6 lights already on the desk when you select them in fixture, on the right hand screen nothing appears (above the spinning wheels) however when selecting the new light you can adjust the intensity. The existing 6 lights intensity can only be controlled by the faders in preset A 1-6. Tom
  2. Hi all Have been trying to patch a 10 channel Parcan onto a Jester ML24 and to some extent this works as when I exit the set up mode I can edit the light with the function keys colour brightness ect. However I have 6 other lights that I can fade on and off from the preset A faders, how can I add this new light to be on fader 7? When I go into the dmx patch, with the light patched in at 70 I can only set the number 7 fader chanel to either 69 or 81. I have also done the inverse setting the channel fader to 70 and the Light to the next closest dmx channel up but this too doesn't work. For the 6 other lights that have been already programed before, they are also 10 channel, with for example light 1 is set on the patch channel dmx 1 and the patch fixture to dmx2. Hope this makes sense Many thanks Tom
  3. Hi Edward thank you very much. Along the similar lines, is there a way to see how many channels a fixture is taking up from the desk or would one have to read that from the light display screen. Cheers Tom
  4. Hi all I have been having some issues adding new fixtures to my Jester ML24, and so was wanting to buy a cheap Par Can -Equinox MaxiPar Quad LED Par Can to test a few things out. However when looking on the fixture library, I realise that this light is not on the list. I there a way of adding it? Many thanks Tom
  5. Hi all, Just starting off, and I was wondering how to program a chase with different light fixtures having different colours like, red, green, blue, on a Jester 24 ml, if it is possible? I managed to program a chase but as soon as i tried to change to the fixture and colour palette section it would end the chase. Help would be much appreciated, sorry its not very clear, thanks Tom
