  1. Thanks. I think I understand... Phil
  2. Hello again, I hope I'm allowed two questions in 1 day... We covered it at the training course, but it's been a while, and I've simply forgotten. How do I create a chase sequence, and then allocate it to cue on stack 0? Regards, Philip
  3. Makes perfect sense. I'll fix this on Sunday. Thanks again, Phil
  4. Hello all, We have a set-up which includes 2 identical iSolution iMove 250S fixtures. For cue#1, we have them pointing in the same direction, for que#2 I want them both to move approximately 10 degrees to the right. I program both cues, but when I hit GO to transform from cue#1 to cue#2, the left fixture moved nicely 10 degrees to the right, however, the right hand fixture moves 350 degrees to the left, ending up in the correct position, but causing a beam of light to travel across the audience. What could case this, and more importantly what can I do to correct t? Regards, Philip Dixon
  5. Just read this in the manual... "This device may be used only by persons with sufficient physical, sensorial, and intellectual abilities" ...that's me snookered then.
  6. Kevin, Thank you for the explanation. I'm not sure how old they are (nobody at this school has "the knowledge"). I'll let you know how we get on when I'm back on site next. Regards, Philip
  7. Hello, I will be patching some lights into our Solution desk very shortly, and was just wondering what the difference between these two is? LED Par 56 : No Dimmer LED Par 56 : Virtual Dimmer There isn't ant mention of 'virtual dimmer' in the fixture's manual. Regards, Philip.
  8. Thanks.
  9. Hi, The link on the software page for Phantom ZerOS takes you to a download for Zeros Monitor. Can someone point me in the right direction for Phantom? Philip Dixon
  10. Thank you. This was the answer I was expecting. I'll get my gun...... Philip.
  11. Hello all, I have been asked to review a school's light set-up, which consists of a Solution 48 and 36 channels of dimmer. Most of the lighting is working fine, except for a moving-head. The first thing I noticed is that it is not being powered by a 240vac rail, but is powered from one of the dimmer channels. I've never seen this done before, but it feels wrong to me. Is this an acceptable method, or do I need to read the riot act to them. Philip
