  1. Hi Jon, I had a bit of a hard time to find out how to activate 'early access' in Google Play, but somehow I managed to do it. It looks better now, at least the connection dialog appears on the screen. At the moment I don't have physical access to the desk, but I will try later this week. I'll report back if it works or not. Thanks so far, Martin
  2. Hi Jon, thanks for your reply, but I dont see any beta version in Google Play. Do I have to do something special to be able to see it? Martin
  3. Hi, I tried to use your mobile apps on a Samsung Note 10.1 tablet. Regardless if I install an .apk or from Google Play, the only thing I get is the "Z" Logo. I tried using Zeros Remote and Zeros Monitor. Same for both, but either orange or green :-). Any Hints? Martin
  4. Hi, interesting approach to that. As I am mainly doing theatre, I used to use the point cues to depict my scenes. And there could be some scenes with over ten cues. So this would look a little bit weird to an operator who has to do the show. But I think we can come along with that. So we could have the following cue stack: ... 1.08 1.09 1.1 1.11 1.12 ... which looks a little bit strange... As I understood, the point cues are limited to 99, so why not always have two decimals after the delimiter? Martin
  5. Today I found an oddity when recording point cues. For example I record a cue 1.9 - everything is fine. Then I record a cue 1.10, which is displayed in the cue list as 1.1. When I later try to record a cue 1.1, it warns me that cue 1.10 already exists. Strange. It seems that cues with .10 .20 .30 and so on are treated as if the trailing zero doesnt exist. Any ideas? Martin
  6. Hi, today I tested the fixture included in the library for the ADJ 5P HEX. 7 channel mode seems ok, in 8 channel mode intensity and strobe seems to be swapped. I didn't test the other modes. Martin
  7. Hi, just to clarify my problem here on the Forums: It was a loose connector inside the console as described by Pinky. Martin
  8. Hi Guys, I seem to have a similar problem here. I received my brand new FLX desk today and was eager to test it out. I switched it on and was wondering why the touchscreen stays blank. And I was wondering some more how long it takes to boot up. But - nothing. I attached an external monitor and there was some output. So the desk seemed to be working but the internal screen still is blank. Somehow I managed to update the software to the newest version, not knowing which version it was before, because this information seems only to be available on the internal screen. But its still the same beaviour, no output on the internal screen. Please help. Martin
  9. Thanks for your answers so far, I think the parking solution is more convenient to me. But I don't have the real hardware here yet and I am just busking around with Phantom. I will post here if it works reasonable when I had as hands-on experience.
  10. Ok, I think I now understood what Inhibit does. It acts as a Master fader for a channel which is already "on" in any other cue or playback. This is not exactly what I need. I would like to have a Submaster which is not taken into account when storing cues, playbacks or so. If using Inhibit this would mean I have to have my houselights "always on" and turn them down using Inhibit. Not very convenient. Is there another way? Thanks, Martin
  11. Hi, it is clear to me how I can program a sub or playback to control our house or working lights. What I don't want is that these playbacks are stored into any other cues or playbacks when they are on while recording. (It can happen that houselights are on during rehearsals, but I dont want to have them saved in my show). Hope it is clearer now. Martin
  12. Hi All, it it possible to have 'independent' Submasters, which will not be stored in any cues etc.? I would need such functionality to control House and Working lights which should not be stored into the show. This would be normal dimmer channels, nothing special. Regards, Martin
