Hi, I had error 003 and followed instructions on here to replace the battery in the PCB. Now when I turn the desk on I see Error 001 NO Presets PCB Data 000 Count 002. The desk won't let me do anything from there. I read that the ribbons may be disconnected or the dipswitches incorrectly set - the ribbons are firmly in so I think it's the dipswitches but I can't find any info on how they should be set or what they do. Please help if you can as at the moment I have no LX desk Thanks
