Hi,
Having just got our new BullFrog and unwrapping it and plugging it in, I was gradually going around all of the features and might have pressed something wrong, but now most of the led's on the board are lit and wont turn off. channels 25 - 48 are all lit, all of the memory, direction, attack,drive, fixture lights, all of them are turned on, and nothing will turn off. the grand master is just saying 0% on the external screen, and moving it doesn't change it. i can go to the different screens (ie memories, submasters, output, super user).
I have turned it off and back on again a few times, cleared all the memories etc etc. nothing.
it reports OS version 10.4.1 when it starts up.
PLEASE HELP!
