  1. Hi Simon Have you cleared your Program Window before playing back? Do you have a copy of the offending show file you can upload here for us to try here? Thanks,
  2. Hi there To achieve this i'd normally patch each cell of the fixture as a <Conventionals> RGB Dimmer. This means you can use the Fan function on the Offset of the effect to spread any effect across the cells of the fixture. I hope this helps, Peter
  3. Hi Matthew Unlikely to be related - probably best you give your dealer a call to arrange repair though. Regards, Peter
  4. Hi Arts Tech The debug file you have reported is from version 4.0 - the latest version is version 4.4 and has fixed the bug which causes your crashes. Please re-download the software and try again! Regards, Peter
  5. Thanks for this - I've passed the debug onto our R&D team. Reference ZOS-2554.

    scrollers

Hi Sav Are you using the Lamp+1 Channel Scroller, but not programming the dimmer part of the scroller, by any chance? (ie using another dimmer instead) With "Smart Tags" enabled, any fixture which is blacked out (dimmer @ 0% or shutter @ 0%) will not be recorded into any cues. Two options here - #1 - use the Lamp+1 Channel Scroller, and use both parts #2 - Cheat, and set the dimmer to 1% when programming. #1 is the preferable option as this will allow Move On Dark to work, too! Hope this helps, Peter
  7. Hi Glabouni Please find attached the profile you requested I hope this helps, Peter stage_profile_sv.ift
  8. Version 4.4.4 has been released today which fixes a number of crash problems found in 4.4.0 - we'd urge all users to update to the latest version. Regards,
  9. To do this, set the chase trigger to "Beat" instead of "Auto" and use the STEP button to tap in the tempo. Hope this helps,
  10. Do you have a user manual for the fixture you could forward to me (pkirkup@zero88.com) - we can create a profile from that.
  11. The new software is now released - please try this version and let us know how you get on

  14. Hi I'm sorry to hear that you're having a few problems with the latest software - we have recently identified the problem with creating chases on memories in the latest software version and are working to create a bug fix version as soon as possible. Please keep checking back on this site and we'll announce the software as soon as it's available. In future, please send the debug files to support@zero88.com and we will analyse their contents. Kind Regards, Peter
  15. You need Zero 88 WYSIWYG driver version 1.1 to talk to Phantom. We forgot to put the updated version on the website when we released 4.4.0, oops. The Support Page has now been updated with this version. Phantom works much the same as a real desk so the same network guide document applies. If you're running Phantom on the same PC as WYSIWYG then set the WYSIWYG IP address to 127.0.0.1 in the SETUP -> Network -> WYSIWYG menu. Don't forget to enable WYSIWYG in that menu too.
  16. This is detailed in the ZerOS Networking Guide HERE.
  17. Zero 88 are pleased to announce the launch of their new Update Service. This service offers users the opportunity to sign up to receive email updates about new software releases as well as new product information. As a subscriber to the Zero 88 Update Service users will be informed automatically when new software is released for their chosen console(s), saving them the hassle of manually checking the support centre for this information. This service is available now for signup here.
  18. Zero 88 Fixture Library - Version 20 Contains 1926 fixtures from 142 different manufacturers. For a list of fixtures in the library ... CLICK HERE. The library is released in 2 formats: - a full unfiltered version for desks which have USB (Frog2, LeapFrog48/96, JesterML) and offline PC tools. -a smaller filtered version for desks which have floppy disk drives (original Frog series, Illusion500). This has some additional data removed so that the file will fit on a 1.44MB floppy disk. It is recommended that the floppy disk be freshly formatted before copying the library onto it. The correct format of the library for your desk can be downloaded from the relevant product support page. The files are zipped, and must be unzipped before they can be used. If you experience problems using the built-in zip file functions of Windows XP, then try Winzip. The library (.ift file) should be placed in the root directory of the floppy disk or USB stick. Frog 2 and Leap Frog 48/96 - The latest fixture library is automatically installed on the desk as part of each operating software update, however this can be updated from USB if required in Setup -> Files -> Update Fixture File. JesterML - The fixture library is installed on the desk at manufacture, however this can be updated from USB if required in Setup -> Update Fixture Lib -> Update Library. Frog Series and Illusion 500 - the fixture library should be copied to a floppy disk. Diablo - the fixture library is used with the Diablo Fixture Manager PC software. Sirius 250/500 - use the Fixture Type Editor to import fixture personalities from the fixture library, and then use the 'Export Sirius UFT' function (under the 'File' menu) to generate data in the correct format for the Sirius 250/500. Further details of assigning fixtures on the desk to fixture types in the fixture library can be found in each desk's operating manual. If you need a fixture personality which is not in the library, then you can create this yourself using the Fixture Type Editor. Alternatively if you post a link to the manufacturers datasheet on the forum, we will endeavour to add the fixture in the next library release.
  19. Hi Piero As we can't get this to recreate here, we believe this might be something in your show file - please could you email a copy to me (peter.kirkup@cooperindustries.com) so that we can try it in house. Thanks,
  20. Hi John Unfortunately this sort of limiting for the Dimmer control isn't supported in any Zero 88 product at present. This may change in future, but at present the software cannot limit the control in the way you describe. Kind Regards,
  21. What are your fixtures 9 & 10? Could you send me a show file with the above example, so that I can try it out on a desk here? peter.kirkup@cooperindustries.com Thanks
  22. Hi Gavin Version 4.2.0 is pretty old software now - we've just released version 4.4.0. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest release as this contains a number of bug fixes and new features which will hopefully resolve your problems. Instructions on the upgrade can be found in the Software Updates forum here. Regards, Peter
  23. Hi Piero When you reboot the desk after a crash, it should offer you the opportunity to save a debug file to a USB stick. This debug file helps us work out what is causing the crash. Hope this helps, Peter
  24. Hi It does appear that this is a bug - not sure how that one happened!! It's been logged in our database and will be fixed soon! Regards, Peter
  25. Hi Pierotec Can you give me an example of what is causing the crashes. Also, if the desk is generating debug files, please email these to me - pkirkup@Zero88.com - we can extract a lot of information from these files which helps us fix the crashes. I hope we can get these problems sorted for you quickly - you should be fine downgrading to 4.3.0 if you want to, and the show files should load okay (any new functionality, such as colour pickers, will of course be lost). Regards,
