Thank you for sharing your show file. The first observation is that this show file is from ZerOS 7.9.7, which is serval versions out of date. I would therefore recommend updating your console's software. As discussed, this sounds like a hardware issue. Start by cleaning the faders. If this doesn't clear the issue, the faders will need replacing.
