Solution failed

Dear all. I have a problem with my console. The first picture is a problem before I update my console. Every button and fader is not working. After I update and look likely you see. How can i fix this problem.

Hello

when you boot the console, be shure that nothing (except the eventual external monitor) is pluggued into the USB-Slots !!

maybe you tried to reboot with the USB-Stick still in, which causes the booting process to stop ! and same issue with a keyboard that draws a little bit to much "juice"...

Hello,

The first image shows that the console experienced an unexpected error, and offering to dump a debug file to USB that you can send to us to take a look at what went wrong. However the latest software for Solution consoles that includes enhancements and bug fixes is ZerOS 7.9.3 available to download here...

The second image does look like what Ziglight has described above, which is where Solutions will present the message "Boot Error" on the external monitor if a USB stick is plugged in during boot. This is because Solution consoles always look to the USB port on boot for software updates, and if it detects a memory stick with no install files on it it will fail to boot.

It could be either a flat battery or the flashdrive needs reseating - Solutions tend to be rock solid normally, the only problems I've ever come up against are failed faders.

If you don't feel confident poking around inside the desk - find a dealer close to you that has a Zero service technician available, it probably won't be an expensive fix.

Hello,

It would also be worth connecting an external monitor to the Solution if you don't have one to see what that is displaying. That may help identify the problem.
