sACN network with remote.

I have had several occasions where I am running the venue universe on an sACN network. What I would like to know if it is possible to run the network and also have the remote working too?

I run the sACN network straight from the Cat5 line into the desk. But this stops me from plugging in the wireless router.

Does anyone know a way round this? Am I able to plug the sCAN Cat5 line into the router to? Would this work?

Also,

Is there a way to install a master beat or effect speed fader to control the speed of multiple chases?

Thanks.

Yes, there's no reason you can't do this - ZerOS will give each one a separate IP address. I'd advise not using a basic "cheap consumer wireless router" if you're going to be running something as crucial as sACN traffic through it - it's worth spending a little more and getting a decent router designed to be used within an entertainment setting.

Not currently - you can create a "Speed Override" fader which can increase or decrease the speed of all the chases and effects, as a proportion of whatever they are currently at, but not an overall "beat" / "tap tempo"... yet...
