Sirius 250 submaster memory loss

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We're currently using an Sirius 250 with release 3.9 software.

When the desk it turned off it forgets the memory data, memory names and memory numbers copied to the submasters.

One half-way around this problem is saving the show to floppy disk.

Turn the desk off and on, and load the show from floppy.

After that, pressing "transfer no time" shows a list of the memory names and memory numbers.

But the memory data seems to be lost..

I've measured the tension of the internal battery on the ISA-card and it's OK.

The desk is working perfectly except that, so it would be nice with a solution for this.

Any hints?

There is a second battery on those desk on the PC mother board, this sets up the desk bios settings.

There is a setting in this that is used to allocated system memory, if this is reset due to that battery going flat this goes flat it can mess up the storage location and you can get what you are seeing.

Please PM on the address below to take this furhter.
