I ever do it before but now why my smart Tag is not in the Multifunction Buttons. and when ever i shutdown my board ,fader 94-96 cannot use. but will be back when i "reset all" it have virus in my board? Jon Hole Posted September 9, 2010 Report Share Posted September 9, 2010 Smart Tag is only available when in Tracking Mode. When in None-Tracking Mode you will not see the Smart Tag button. However, I am not sure why a couple of your faders would not be working. Try doing a full reset - go to Setup, Clear Options, then hold down SHIFT whilst pressing Reset Desk.
