Blue Screen of Death

I have a LeapFrog that needed a battery replacement. I replaced the battery with a new CR2032, but now I have a couple of problems.

 

1) after boot up, I have no keyboard capbilities

2) sometimes after hitting the Program button, the system display will show a "blue screen of death" similiar to MS Windows.

 

With the second issue, I get the following diplayed on the screen:

Sounds like something may be corrupt as the ID3 invalid should not be displayed.

It is worth installing the OS as you are not running the latest version anyway.

It may also be a seating issue with the on board RAM moduel.

May be worth removing and cleaning the edge of it.
