Hi Piero

This could be related to the battery inside your console being flat - the battery on the motherboard needs to be changed every 2-3 years. This is a standard CR2032 type 3.3v battery, which should be available from most electronics shops. Can you try changing this (contact our Support number +44 (0)1633 838088 if you need advice on how to do this) and then let us know if this fixes the problem?

Thanks,

Peter

Hello Peter, thanks for the reply.

The strange thing is that with the previous release 5.3.5 this problem has never even occurred once occasionally.

This is a problem that I have already found in version 5.0.0 and 5.3.0 and later resolved with the release 5.3.5.

I will try to change the battery, hoping to solve the problem.

When the remote iphone will be available, it will be compatible with previous releases to 5.4.0 ......(when will available??)

Thanks on the answer.

Piero

Hi Piero

No, you will need version 5.4.0 to run the iPhone remote. We're pretty sure we fixed that bug in 5.3.5 so thats why i'm curious if maybe this is a slightly different issue like the battery running out. After that's checked, we can double check our changes!
