Betapack I

I need at diagram for a Betapack I.

 

2 Channels on the same phase gives no output, also the preheating does not work on the same 2 channels.

 

Triaxboards works fine, so i suspekt mayby a opamp, but witch one?

 

Of cause alle 3 fases of 230V is present.
