glenhirst Posted December 10, 2003 Report Share Posted December 10, 2003 hi there, Recently started at new theatre and have just tried to upgrade our Illusion 120 to version 7. Got a error message: Checksum Incorrect Desk ID 3 is invalid System terminated Now this desk won`t boot up, just asks for an upgrade disk and when I put that in and boot again I get back to the system terminated stage. glenhirst Posted December 15, 2003 Author Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 serial number is 0034001 xxxxxxxx i think the software version was 2.something had seen that other post, but short of installing a new floppy drive, I have tried everything there. Success! After installing new floppy drive, same thing, but then finally tried different floppy disk and all is well. Should have tried the most obvious thing first!
