the difference between 120 n 500

Recommended Posts

You could operate a limited number of moving lights on the desk, but it isn't pretty!

You would have to treat each attribute of the lamps as a different channel on the desk - ie channel 1 would be pan, 2 tilt, 3 colour etc (depending on how you set it up). You could then put the pan and titlt on to subs to help but it would be quite messy..

Richard is quite right, you can run moving lights on an Illusion 120/240 on a channel by channel basis, but the interface is not really designed for moving light contol ..... however the the Illusion 500 with the new moving light software certainly is

Morning all ( bringing a OLD thread back to life)

Just to check, if I set for example a Mac250 to channel 50 (taking up 12 channels (or what ever it is)) and then programmed submasters 1-12 1 being channel 50 and 12 being channel 62, would this work to control a mover?

Like wise with this could I then take the setting from this page SAVE as a submaster on another page and run that?

Thanks

Tom
