  1. Got it I think. in case any one else needs to know, I just held clear and moved the wheels for the parameters I didn't want tagged. This de-selected them. Basic stuff I know but I'm still learning. cheers Al
  2. Hi, I want to record a palette to turn on gobo rotation at a set speed (and another to stop rotation), is there a way to record this parameter without recording which gobo is selected, so that the fixture doesn't switch to whatever gobo it was that was selected when the palette was recorded? Many thanks Al
  3. I am trying to program a show but certain channels on my Leapfrog 96 seem to be locked. for example I have a scene with channel 87 set to 100% I then dim that channel to 0% in the next scene. If I load that scene the channel goes to 100% but if I try and bring that channel up to program for another scene it won't move from 0%. I have cleared the loaded memories and the problem persists. any help gratefully recieved as this is really slowing me down. regards Al
  4. I have a Leapfrog 96 USB, running OS version 7.2 when I reset the desk I get the Output and Memories window on one screen one above the other, which is really useful. The issue is that once I close them I can't get this configuration back, they just open full screen. Is it possible to open them one above the other or will my desk not do that? Regards
  5. After reseting the desk catching now seems to work, it woiuld seem my showfile was causing issues. I assume that typing the value for a channel is no longer supported? When I first started the desk and opened the program and memories windows, they displayed half screen so you could see both. if I close them and re-open them they are full screen, how does one get them half screen? cheers A
  6. It's a leapfrog 96 with USB, I recently upgraded from OS 5.3 if I try and catch a channel it will let me increase the value but won't drop below the programmed value already there. With 5.3 I could load a scene into the program window and then select channels and type a value. Is this functionality no longer available? I'll send you my show file on Monday. Many thanks Alistair
  7. Ok after some more experimenting it seems that I can increase the level with the fader but not decrease it, I used to be able to select the channel, hit enter and input a value with the keyboard. Has this functionality gone? If so how does one decrease the level of a channel?
  8. I load a memory and then go to the program window, it'll let me adjust any memory currently at 0 with the relevant fader but if the value is above 0 I can't change it. All advice gratefully recieved. A
