  1. Were I to uninstall Phantom Jester, and then re- install it, might it resolve my problem?
  2. Knob on Phantom Jester is set to manual after programming. If I set 10 seconds, it takes about 15 seconds. If I program 20 seconds, it takes about 27 seconds. It is ok for snap Blackout, but even for 1 second, it takes nearly 2 seconds.
  3. When programming a Fade Time on the Phantom Jester (12/24) the actual time on Play on the Phantom Jester is considerably longer. eg: set 4 seconds fade time, an it actually takes over 7 seconds. However when loaded onto the actual desk, the timing is correct. Never noticed it until today and have been using the programme for many years. Any ideas?
  4. Thanks for reply Jon. Have been running Windows 7 for years and no problem till I suddenly jumped from Phantom Jester 3.1 to 4.1, when I updated desk. Have tried your suggestion of changing "drive path" to desktop. Put 3 differently named .JSF files there, but it would still only find one of them., as with USB drive. I have now reverted to Phantom Jester 3.1 and everything works fine again. I hope that it will be compatible with desk Jester 4.1, as far as I require it.
  5. Since updating to Phantom Jester 4.1, I find that even though the USB drive contains numerous shows, I can only detect one in Load Show mode. In Save Show mode, it again only gives me one option automatically and I have to Create New, put in the existing name, and then it tells me It Exists. I'm sure this did not occur with earlier versions. The real Jester works fine!
  6. Hi Jon, It worked. Many thanks. Saved me hours of pondering. Regards, Mike
  7. Hi, Have recently acquired a Jester 12/24 (updated to Vers 3.4). Seems to function perfectly, as does Phantom Jester (vers. 3.1) running on Vista. Jester will save, load and erase ok, as does Phantom. But I cannot save on one and load to the other. It simply says "No Shows on Disk", if I save on Jester and try to load onto Phantom and vice versa, even though this is not the case.
