How have you connected the ORB and your Laptop? If it's with a single cable, are you using a crossover cable?

Display Output Window & Memories Window on one screen
Jon Hole replied to awillimont's topic in Leap Frog 48 & 96
When you open a Window, you can press 'Special' and then you get 'Select', 'Close', and 'Size' on the MultiFunction Keys. Use 'size' to change the size and location of the window (press it several times and it will cycle through the options). -
Can't Edit Memories since upgrade to 7.4.0
Jon Hole replied to awillimont's topic in Leap Frog 48 & 96
Have you got the Leap Frog 48 or 96, with USB, or the Leap Frog with Floppy Disk drive? On the Leap Frog 48 & 96, you have to 'catch' the channel by taking the channel's fader to the percentage that it's at, and then you can take the channel to whatever percentage you require. So, If the fader i at 0%, but the channel is actually at 50%, and you want it at 30%m you have to take the fader to 50% or above, and then back down to 30%. If this isn't quite your problem - please email me your show file to the address in my signature below. Hope that helps, -
Hi Bob, So in PROGRAM mode, select one of the chase submaster so it's highlighted in yellow, and then press 'edit'. This will output the chase so you can see it on stage. On the multi-function keys and wheels, change the chase settings to the speed you want, and when you are happy press 'edit' again to confirm. Repeat this for the second submaster, with the different speed. Now, in RUN mode, your two submasters will work with different speeds. Hope this helps,

We don't have individual channel products unfortunately, so you'll have to use one of the 4 channel HF Chillis
-
Hi, The Chilli HF isn't a conventional dimmer, so this isn't possible. Each channel consist of a relay and a low voltage output that can be globally set as either 0-10v or DSI . Best Regards

The negative number after a timefade is saying that there are no parameters programmed to change during that cue. So if the fade up / down times have negatives after them, it's saying that no intensities have changed since the previous cue. In the same way, if the colour fadetime has a negative, it's saying that no colour parameters have changed. I hope this helps,

Hi Codebone, Have you had this working on any previous versions of Phantom ZerOS? What are your settings withing SETUP > NETWORK > CAPTURE? Regards,
-
No problems, any other questions just ask :-)

If there's no virtual dimmer, than they won't dim with the submasters. An option is to double click in the 'comments' section of that Submaster, click on 'Submaster Controls...' and then select 'Colour'. However, I would strongly suggest repatching them with a virtual dimmer, so they then fade with your normal intensity fades, and they will respond to the Grand Master, Blackout etc etc

Hi Mattdyas, Which fixture did you use in the fixture library to patch your LEDs? Regards,
-
Hi Paolino, Inside SETUP > DESK SETUP > MEMORY DEFAULTS you can turn tracking on and off. The difference between 'Tracking Basic' and 'Tracking Advanced' is that 'Cue Only' and 'Smart Tag' are both enabled in Basic mode. These can be turned on / off on the Multi Function Keys when you press 'special'.
-
Hi Doodling, First, you need to patch the LEDs into the console. Press SETUP on the desk, and then choose 'Patch Wizard' - it will take you step by step through what you need to do (select manufacture, select model etc etc). Once you've done that, click 'Auto Menus' and then select 'Auto Palettes'. Then come out of SETUP by pressing the SETUP button again. You can open the colour palette window by pressing SHIFT + COLOUR together, or you can type 'View 1 ENTER' which will take you to the palettes view on Desktop 2. Hope this helps,

replacing floppy drive with usb / floppy emulator
Jon Hole replied to jesterfish's topic in Frog Range MK1
Hi Ben_Weasel, The Fat Frog has been out of production for several years now. We've moved onto support current media (USB Memory Sticks for example). Although we still support our Fat Frog users, and still create the latest fixture profiles for Fat Frog users, we're not activity developing hardware for the Frog range of consoles. Best Regards, -
Hi kennyoconnor7, This isn't something we support I'm afraid. Best Regards,
