Hallo BigBen, in German to make it easier: Dieses Kanal-Splitting war schon bei älteren Moving Lights vor längerer Zeit ein Thema, wurde dann aber von den Herstellern der Moving Lights geändert, denn Dimmer und Strobe auf einem Kanal ist problematisch und macht keinen Sinn. Das dieser Fehler noch heute bei aktuellen Geräten vorhanden ist, verwundert mich sehr, sollte auch nicht so sein. Ich kenne keine Marken-LED-Par wo das so ist. Der Strobekanal ist dort immer extra ausgeführt. Du kannst natürlich einen Submaster mit der Intensität von z.B. 80% speichern, was dann vor dem Strobe mit 100% Augabe liegen sollte. Nur das Fixture selber kann man nicht splitten in Dimmer und Strobe, wenn der Kanal identisch ist. Grüße, Franck

Hi Oliver, You can fade between programmed colours on submasters but you can't scroll manually through your RGB colours on the subs. This feature is only available on consoles with ZerOS operating system (Solution, ORB, Leap Frog MK2 or Frog 2). Cheers Franck

Is your Demux 24 locked? Hold up, down and mode and the unit comes up with LOC or ULOC. If LOC then use the arrow key to find the Rset option press ent to activate this. If it says ULOC then press and hold ENT unit the unit jumps back out to the address display, then repeat the above. Follow the instructions "Resetting The Demux24" in Super User Mode. If the buttons are not responding then you may have a fault on one of them. Please contact our service in that case.

Hi Daniel, Resetting The Demux24 in Super User Mode: Press the ‘Up & Down’ Arrows until the display shows “rset”. Press ‘Enter’ to confirm. The display will flash briefly to confirm this action. I would use the Beat/Tap function for the speed instead of the Auto with programmed speed. The STEP button in the Submaster section on the front panel is used to set the beat/tap (speed) of the chase.
