  1. Hi Peter, ZOS reference if an internally system we use to track feature requests and reported bugs. These are then considered for adding to future release of the desk OS.
  2. First thing to check is what version of OS are you running on this desk? If it is 9.x or higher then check what program mode you are in. If you are in full change this to partial, then only the fixtures you select and alter an attribute on will be recorded. PM on the address below if you need any more help.
  3. Ok, replacing the battery on the mother board would have cause the bios setting to have reset. We need to check some of these as there are a couple of critical to allow the desk to boot. this could also be a corrupt OS on the drive as well so may need to re-install the OS. Please pm on the address below and I will send you some information.
  4. As mentioned in one of my earlier posts you need to make sure the battery on the PCIF interface card is not flat, from your posting you have said this was reading 0v. that will need to be change to all the interface card to run correctly.

  8. You will need to download the fixture library from the link below then use the fixture tools on the other link to either export the fixtures you require to a file or create a CFT file us http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/58/ You can either use the fixture tools on the link below to create a CFT file to load into the desk or create a mini library fo upto 50 fixtures. http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/de/Knowledgebase/Article/View/49/0/zero-88-fixture-tools---version-26 If you create a CFT file you load this onto the desk by going into Super user, floppy options and selecting load CFT. If you use the mini library use the load from floppy option as normal in the assign fixtures menu.
  9. Hi Sam, think I e-mailed you this earlier but for anyone else looking for the profile, please see the attached. Shogun.ift
  10. Hi Andy, Been a while since i use on of these but if i am correct the sequence is made up of the per-programmed scenes. If you have nothing programmed, which it sounds like you have not as there are no LED in the channels flash buttons, then it will have no data to create the steps of the chase. try programming the scenes the using these to program the steps if the chase.
  11. hi PM me on the address below to go through some options to get this working.
  12. Hi PM on the address below will go over somethings with you.
  13. Yes the desk supports both midi and smpte time code as triggers for the memory playback. The hardware to connect them to the desk is not fitted as standard though. The order code for the card is 1212399. Please contact your local dealer for availability and pricing.

  15. do you have any more information on this, struggling to locate a manual for fixtures that we don't already have.
  16. Have not seen this issue before when using DMX in to control channels. can you pm me one address below with some details, the serial number of the desk, the software you are using with the DMX dongle and the type of dongel.
  17. Hi Please see the attached. Please note that the profiles are only valid if you keep the dimmer channel below 250. Once you go above this it assigns a different set of controls on the first 5 channels. vis060.ift

  20. Hi Paul, You have mailed me direct on this as well so will continue with this from there.
  21. Those are the built in effect parameters and will always be under the P/T options when you press the buttons no matter what fixture you have or create.
  22. Hi Kevin, Jon asked me to have a look at this. As PeterV has pretty much said it progrmas pallets based on the fixture channel information that it reads in. If you delete or change to a different fixture it no longer has this info to use, so will not output anything on that fixture. Only way i can see of doing this is by having a number of different default show with various fixture combinations already set up.
  23. To edit a sub if you go into run and play it back then jump to program with it active it will be outputting the channels info. Make the change then re-program the sub you want and over write it. then go back to run again.
  24. As far as I am aware there are no issue with windows 7 and the fixture tools. Both Jon and myself are using it it with out any problems.
