Please can you save a copy of your showfiles from both desks and attach them to your post so that we can investigate this.

    copy function

If you're using moving heads, a JesterML or JesterTL desk would be better. These desks allow you to copy entire chases. The basic Jester doesn't.
  5. This is probably a result of Frog Reference 5563 which was changed in release 10.8 to support newer desks with blue LCDs. You can increase the brightness from the installation default of 50% in Super User -> Illumination.

    Loading show from USB stick

Unfortunately this is a bug in Phantom Jester when looking for JSF show files. It does not affect Phantom JesterML, Phantom JesterTL, or any of the actual desks. It will be fixed in the next version of Phantom Jester (reference JES-2988). To work around the problem for now, *hide* any other unwanted JSF files from Phantom Jester, either by renaming them to a different file extension, or by moving them into a subdirectory.

    Fixtures instead of Pallets

Your suggestion has been logged for consideration in a future software update, reference number JES-2982. The button combination SHIFT + FIXTURES is already used to set the shifted wheel editing mode for brightness, do you have another suggestion for how you would like to see this work? It's important to make it easy to see that this mode is activated and to exit it, so that users who use palettes don't get confused by the new functionality, thinking the desk is broken because they can't see their palettes any more.
  11. The Juggler does not have a DMX patch function, however if you have Betapack3 dimmers, then you can use the DMX patch function on the dimmers to achieve what you want. If you want to simply raise and lower all 12 channels together, then you can just use the master faders on the Juggler.
  12. Support for Inverse channels has been added in JesterML/TL software version 3.0, CLICK HERE for further details.

    Controlling Phantom Frog Via Midi

Phantom Frog does not have any MIDI functionality. On the Frog desks, if the optional SMPTE/MIDI/CAN/DMXIN upgrade kit is fitted, MIDI timecode can be used to trigger timed memories in the memory stack.

    USB

That adapter isn't something we've ever tried, so we can't tell you whether it would work or not, sorry. A while ago, someone also asked us about THIS, but again, not something we've tried, so we can't say whether that would work either. If anyone has any experiences to share, good or bad, then please let us know!

    patching and DMX problems

because: You are confusing DMX addresses with desk channels. Where you see DMX:<008>, that's the channel on the dimmer. Where you see Ch02, that's the fader on the Jester.

    patching and DMX problems

    The description you give does not match the DMX patch in the showfile, which is: DMX:<001> Ch07 DMX:<002> Ch09 DMX:<003> Ch08 DMX:<004> Ch10 DMX:<005> Ch13 DMX:<006> Ch14 DMX:<007> Ch01 DMX:<008> Ch02 DMX:<009> Ch03 DMX:<010> Ch04 DMX:<011> Ch05 DMX:<012> Ch06 DMX:<013> Ch11 DMX:<014> Ch12 DMX:<015> Ch15 DMX:<016> Ch16 DMX:<017> Ch-- DMX:<018> Ch43 DMX:<019> Ch44 DMX:<020> Ch19 DMX:<021> Ch21 DMX:<022> Ch22 DMX:<023> Ch23 DMX:<024> Ch24 DMX:<025> Ch25 DMX:<026> Ch26 DMX:<027> Ch27 DMX:<028> Ch28 DMX:<029> Ch29 DMX:<030> Ch30 DMX:<031> Ch31 DMX:<032> Ch32 DMX:<033> Ch33 DMX:<034> Ch34 DMX:<035> Ch35 DMX:<036> Ch36 DMX:<037> Ch37 DMX:<038> Ch38 DMX:<039> Ch39 DMX:<040> Ch40 DMX:<041> Ch41 DMX:<042> Ch42 DMX:<043> Ch43 DMX:<044> Ch44 DMX:<045> Ch45 DMX:<046> Ch46 DMX:<047> Ch47 DMX:<048> Ch48 The channel levels shown on the monitor are just that, channels, they do not show the patched DMX output, so changing the DMX patch will not in any way affect the channel levels shown on the monitor displays. Do you also have a DMX patch set on the dimmer which is confusing things?
